Words you like to read in an RNS: "Under the terms of the agreement, e-therapeutics will receive upfront and near-term payments material to the cash position of the Company. e-therapeutics is also eligible to receive pre-clinical and clinical development and commercial milestone payments."

So they've moved ask higher now and printed another 250k buy from earlier.. very odd day I must admit

Basically they've had a rush of buyers and any buys have to be negotiated (NT) so a FoK can be placed in their queue and they either fill it or bounce it back unexecuted. They are probably hoping the rush subsides and they can start up normal trading again

DP-i did call them up- and they said you have to put a limit- and what 's fill and kill- never heard of it!

Do you mean you're trying to buy and you're getting a message like your order cannot be placed at this time'. I think usually you have to place a fill or kill or alternatively call them up

anyone knows why sometimes you cant buy electronically as now in this case the box where it says the quote valid or has a hyphen instead of the ususal 15 seconds and the transaction does not get through - my broker says you have to put a limit - is there a trick anyone

It looks like it got either amended or cancelled and replaced with that 2.5m buy

Now I'm not one for conspiracy theories, but there's more than a whiff that the drop was maybe orchestrated to accommodate those large buys. Just a thought, any other explanation welcome

well why is the share price retracing and not moving up on Quested adding?

The Novo Nordisk contract (extended Aug 19) ends this month, so their maybe good news to come with regards further partnership.

Also the tie up with Wuxi Apptec (18th May RNS) working on the 'experimental testing on the first set of compounds in the treatment of COVID-19' keeps me interested and glued to my screen

I sold shares at 21.2p and then bought half back at 19.9p. A move that signals in two minds without conviction. Now I think it will be a while before it claws back up. Lesson learned.

Yes I think we invested for the same reason and I agree anything which is reliant on IP can go from hugely undervalued to overly exuberant. Maybe 22p was the exuberant end for now, but certainly Robert Quested and yourself have seen value around the current mid/high teens level. I'm sure people on the AVCT board are having similar discussions - one bit of news and your investment decision is validated!

I agree but my initial reason for investing was the share price was at 2p, the MKt Value was 6-7 million (approx) and investors were taking advantage of Mr Woodford's misery...

At 21.75p (week back) I thought ETX share price was in unchartered waters and needed a contract to justify the share price . Other posters disagreed...

It is very difficult to place a price on potential and Intellectual Property..

That said, ETX, look to have great technology that could have game-changing possibilities, have a strong team and some wealthy investors seem to be very keen to hoover up shares. The more I read (and partially understand) the more impressed I am with their work and vision.

I bought some shares at 17.25p today... The joys of investing!!

like your last comment dp but why on earth do peple trade the shares-this type simply should be long term unless the story completely changes- hope i am right

Investing wouldn't be anywhere near as absorbing if it was easy would it! Anyone predicting exact SPs in biotech stocks will almost certainly be wrong. Has anything changed in the story to prove your initial investment reasoning wrong?
