I think the rising covid numbers across Europe are spooking investors. Plus it will need to support its investee companies through the downturn which will affect dividends for a while making it quite cylical.

Last year there was an operational update on 14 Aug giving a flavour of the finals to be announced in September
So we should expect something similar .

Further to my comment at 14.59 today, I have had an impressively quick response from HL sating that the right amount of new shares would be credited to my account today. And for Solamo’s benefit I should also say that my Duke shares are in an ISA.

I think they can take up to 7-10 days to apply but I got mine on day 1. I wrote to ii straight away after the Scrip announcement and they confirmed I would definitely receive them.
