Just bought a few more - 95.6p!! Tried a dummy sale and could only sell circa £100 worth at just over 95p. Early days and I bought these for medium term but not exactly off to a flyer.

Developing a project, or upgrading one might attract the 130% rebate on CT. We'll have to wait and see.

Sorry for the off topic, but I see TRIG are doing an Initial Open Offer at 123p. Anyone here got any views or investment there? I expect I will plump for a few myself as the dividend looks attractive.

I guess DORE are hoping for something similar in terms of divi and premium to NAV but they’ll have to up their game somewhat.

97.9p last NAV, presume they'll also be hit by the CT rise in 2 years? Need some evidence they've spent the money wisely I think.

Well this is all a bit disappointing - both the share price performance and the lack of any news.

Nevertheless I’m tempted to top up with a few more while it’s at these levels.

Bought £30k in IPO and have added since, including this am at just over 98p. Very early days and I’m in this for medium/long term returns but may add if it stays here or goes lower (which hopefully it won’t)

I missed the ipo, just bought my 3rd lot.Hopefully not a misjudgement.Have just over 30k now at an average of 99.5 including my 10k buy today at 98.47.Also in PGMR, was very concerned as the price kept falling, so bought more, now its my best performer in the SIPP.So far, as far as I can tell, its still doing as promised on ipo.

pojscott - it's just noise, I would say.

But there is one thing worth watching. They are keen on Scandi hydro, and it's true that it's cheap to produce, but it's also true that Sweden has the lowest electricity prices in Europe, so DORE could have low but safe returns on that segment.
So maybe the market won't give it such a big premium.

First acquisition;

Downing Renewables & Infrastructure Trust plc is pleased to announce that it has exchanged contracts to acquire its first investment, a portfolio of eight operational hydropower plants (the "Portfolio") in central and southern Sweden. The Portfolio is being acquired from Fortum Sweden AB ("Fortum") for a purchase price of approximately EUR65 million on a debt and cash free basis. The transaction is expected to complete in February 2021.

Hydropower is a key energy source in the drive towards 100% renewable energy in Sweden by 2040 and is a key sector focus for DORE. The sector provides predictable long-term cash flows from assets that have much longer lives than other renewable energy technologies such as wind and solar.

The Portfolio comprises eight hydropower plants across three different rivers in Sweden, with annual average production of over 100 GWh. The Portfolio has an operating track record spanning more than five decades.

miti - there's a lot of trading, marked as sells. If they really are sells, why? People expecting a quick turn? Is there a support operation right now? It wouldn't be unusual, and would explain why the LSE haven't started the SETS order book.
