Phil - Why are you contacting Edison? They don't provide any coverage of DOTD...or do they??? Appreciate clarification and link to any info.
Chris - I'm unaware of their need for resellers. All in house AFAIA. Might be worth looking at their main dotMailer product which details how THEY can help resellers ;-)

Explains the product and opportunity far better than I can.

I also meant to post this snippet yesterday which indicates they may well be on the radar of fund managers.



"In other news today, Unicorn fund managers John McClure and Fraser Mackersie have bought into email marketing and website design firm dotDigital with the purchase of 1.4 millioon shares. This was done through the Unicorn Free Spirit fund.

Mackersie said the team had bought into dotDigital because of the company's exposure to a number of broad internet growth areas and its ability to grow organically due to its cash generation."


Anyway, good to see continuous buying and finally a move in the bid.

GHF - the big headache for companies outsourcing email marketing is data integration so the more CRM systems they can plug into the bigger their market and the smaller their blocks to making sales.

The recurring revenue model with high margins and scalability is right up my street.

I bought a few yesterday.

these but haven't bought yet. TIA. Recently bought GBO nad got back into INTQ
fwiw. Finally clearing out my dogs and refocusing my Aim account holdings on
Tech.

Added a few more this morning, GHF.

A pattern of "higher lows" on the chart is quite distinctive. I think the most recent "low" has now been established (a further tick-up from here will help to confirm this) and that we will have a run from here into results. Moreover, hopefully, the run will continue beyond results day - should what is announced please the market.

I've been quietly accumulating over the last month and recognise that DOTD are currently well off the radar of most investors. As has been a regular occurrence...the only trade registered yesterday was mine!
