Domino's Pizza's non-executive vice chairman
Colin Halpern has disposed of 2 mln shares in the company at 206 pence a share,
the company said in a filing to the stock exchange.
The shares were held by H S Real Company, owned by a trust whose
beneficiaries are Halpern's children.
Halpern's interest in the company following the transaction is 13 mln
shares, or around 8 pct.

CR.............DOM is Trading well below historic PE levels because years ago there was a growth expectancy.....Where is that growth going to come from now, I think we are all Pizza'd out.

I cant see this going too much higher now. or I'll eat my Pizza!

Big intra-day reversal today - very bullish sign

Great results - and trading on a PE well below it's historic levels. Great cash genration - reckon there will be a few upgrades.

0933 GMT [Dow Jones] Goldman Sachs ups Domino's Pizza UK & Ireland (DOM.LN) to buy from neutral rating and adds stock to the conviction buy list. Reckons company offers "a rare combination of high cash returns, relative defensiveness and genuine medium-term structural growth potential." Adds "stellar" sales growth performance through 07 underlines its resilience which "is particularly appealing in the current uncertain macro environment." Trims price target to 275p from 276p. Shares +4.3% at 224.3p. (JNC)

She wouldn't tolerate such a suggestion. Take your tongue out of your cheek or perhaps you need it there to make room for your foot in your mouth.

Might I respectfully remind you that the general thrust of the discussion was that Domino's was the cheaper option than going out partly because the booze was bought from the supermarket, not the pub?
