The following purchases of Domino ordinary 5p shares have been made on behalf of the Executive Directors of Domino. The shares were purchased on 13 February 2009 under the terms of Domino's Share Incentive Plan at a price of £2.10 per share. The shares will be held in trust under that plan.

There is an announcement of director buying under the terms of Domino's Share Incentive Plan at a price of GBP2.10 per share.

But as often occurs with these RNS announcements, it is full of errors like a ? symbol replacing what should be a wad of text and the amounts are just 2 digits such as 69 for each director.



What is going on here?

Up nearly 10% in a day is extremely rare for Domino and the volume of trades look high. Takeover target maybe?

The whole manufacturing sector is hugely depressed at the moment. I'll be tempted before their results are out on 13th ... they look way under valued and I don't think $ weakness will severely dent their profits. DYOR and all that
