Posted at 16/12/2014 08:32 by pugugly This must be one of the quietest threads on ADVFN but a supurb company in a relativly niche area. Results ahead of brokers estimates and (imo) p/e not excessive for a growth company. (historic on 2014 results at 640p I make 16) Nice dividend too and net cash of £40 million. Possibly one to buy and keep, unless things change. (dyor etc - not an investment recommendation but probably one to look at) Declaration I hold form 2008. |

Posted at 26/1/2012 16:17 by bluebelle Yes, owenski, I think so. As I said on CR's thread I was very taken when they first mentioned it and did some very basic calculations on market size etc. and the figures are staggering. This is a sign that things are going in the right direction. It's a bit like Buffet's rationale for buying into Gillette - even when men are sleeping, their need for Gillette products is growing ! Same with eggs. They just keep on popping out every day in their billions (might be being a bit simplistic - my ignorance of chicken farming showing a bit there !).Even without this, it ticks most of the boxes for me in terms of management, cash generation, dividend policy etc. Still undervalued compared to its peers IMHO. |

Posted at 03/3/2011 14:33 by bluebelle Fair point. Quite often with momentum stocks any retrace is often smaller than the value of the dividend. At the moment I think we're all a bit at the mercy of the geo-political events causing market uncertainty. I've sold out of most of my marginal, more speculative, holdings, but am happy to hold on to stocks like this one. |
Posted at 08/12/2009 14:48 by urgentclick DNO - a hidden gem. I always look to buy this stock when I sell miners.Wow - profits, dividend payments and no debt during the recession! |
Posted at 18/2/2009 14:53 by urgentclick There is an announcement of director buying under the terms of Domino's Share Incentive Plan at a price of GBP2.10 per share. But as often occurs with these RNS announcements, it is full of errors like a ? symbol replacing what should be a wad of text and the amounts are just 2 digits such as 69 for each director. What is going on here? |
