09/11/2017 10:11 | not ex div yet. from interims: "The Board has announced an interim dividend of 1.99 cents per ordinary share to be paid on 20 December 2017 to those shareholders in the register on 17 November 2017, and follows the dividend of 1.99 cents per ordinary share paid to shareholders on 31 July 2017." | alter ego
09/11/2017 10:05 | I thought ex dividend date was the 19th Novemeber? If it is the dividend date today then that explains the drop. | jq1984
09/11/2017 09:57 | No idea. Bid is down just 2p now, almost all of which would be accounted for by the ex-div this morning. | lord gnome
09/11/2017 09:37 | Why the big drop today? | divmad
08/11/2017 20:37 | I guess that's a no then. Of slight interest every deal today was a buy but all shown as sells . That is correct not speculation. If that trend continues and all the top 20 hold, the price will have move up as there is little stock available.Ex dividend on 16 Nov, one week away. | lab305
05/11/2017 22:50 | With the information that we have can anyone estimate the likely PE of this company with oil and gas prices and the market cap all at their present levels? Thanks in advance . | lab305
03/11/2017 17:53 | It's important to remember that the US natural gas price is the key for this company rather than the oil price, as oil only accounts for around 6% of production. The natgas price has been range bound recently at around $3 but a move to at least $3.50-$4 looks likely in the near future given that exports from the US are now permitted and the world price is much higher - $7 and more. | terry topper
02/11/2017 10:31 | Good find lab305. That leaves very little stock wandering about the market on a daily basis. I am comforted to see so many good names on the shareholder register. | lord gnome
02/11/2017 10:00 | Just found this on company website from 2 days ago..... hxxp://www.diversifi Impressive. Since the top 20 shareholders have almost all the stock there must be a very narrow market here. Anyone care to comment ? | lab305
01/11/2017 00:38 | Still very much under the radar here. | divmad
31/10/2017 16:12 | Oil price alone justifies a fair bit of the rise - share price breaking out still higher. | spectoacc
30/10/2017 16:58 | From today's IC online: 'The headline to this morning’s trading update from Diversified Gas & Oil (DGOC) was hardly ground-breaking: the acquisition of assets from Titan Energy announced in June is now complete. But there were other interesting revelations, not least of which an 8 per cent drop in operating costs since the half-year, and a nine percentage point jump in the cash profit margin to 44 per cent. The company, which focuses on overlooked, low-volume producing assets, now operates an impressive 17,000 wells. We remain buyers.' | lord gnome
30/10/2017 11:42 | What's not to like here. Poo moving up; revenue moving up; profit + profit margin moving up; dividend moving up; p/e of c6; yield c7%... ...going to top up! | 5chipper
30/10/2017 09:05 | Nice RNS and a pleasant surprise on a Monday morning. Seems to be moving along smoothly so far. Roll on the next divi announcement. Should be a good one. | lord gnome
30/10/2017 08:32 | Margins have improved last 3 months leading to Sept. So strong trajectory and margin improvement key to maintaining divvy - 40% of FCF | nikki40
30/10/2017 07:25 | $7.14 bbl costs & 44% margins are fairly striking. | spectoacc
30/10/2017 07:24 | Agreed. Steady improvement and profits should be excellent. | lab305
30/10/2017 07:12 | Very measured RNS. The margin improvement in Sept is exceptional and if this continues alongside the oil price breaking out then Board expectations will be AHEAD of expectations. Very measured and evidence they want to run this ship professionally | nikki40
27/10/2017 12:36 | Thanks for the update, Doug! Some large trades going through. DGOC are generating cash and gave a decent dividend on offer. Breaking out nicely! | bluerunner
25/10/2017 00:18 | Bogdan like the DGOC, quality, quality, good of value. Price of the gas and oil likely to support in the term of the medium, all good, all good - and Mister Running of Blue I see you the here of also, you be value of hunter like the Bog is. Bogdan | bogdan branislov
24/10/2017 06:47 | @LG - didn't check back later, but at the time he was on the bid. | spectoacc
23/10/2017 17:26 | Was he out on a limb, SpectoAcc or was he priced just on the bid? | lord gnome
23/10/2017 11:28 | Big buyer none too subtle - 185k sat on the bid. | spectoacc
21/10/2017 20:13 | So EV = circa $220mn, which equals yearly revenues. Still cheap in my book. Financing the debt repayments shouldn't pose any problems at all, leaving upside thereafter. | divmad
17/10/2017 15:51 | I think you forgot debt that needs to be financed and paid down. I think it is around $100m... | bandit99 |
