The share price has performed badly recently but probably due to very little interest . Volumes on many days are pathetic. This may be the fault of the market makers quoting such a wide differential between the buy and sell. ( 4p on a 65p share)
Today's announcement is excellent and coupled with another dividend brings the yield up to around 4.5%. Hopefully it will focus attention of investors and the so will increase towards a more realistic valuation.

"Significantly enhanced financial and operational capabilities expected in 2H17."The outlook appears very promising following that reverse takeover. And the divi helps greatly as a long term investment proposition.

Headlines read well - can't say I'm going to read the lot. If anyone does, let me know if any hurricane comments in there.

Yes, but in USD because TD SIPP won't act on currency choice election forms for nominee accounts.

Decent seller around today, in blocks at 66.5p. Not sure why - but glad oil $49 not $39.

I think lse may be having some technical problems. There is a note on the website saying it can't publish info at the moment.

Under the radar, this one. A conservative growth US O&G company, with sizeable management share ownership, and paying a 5%+ dividend.

A few pre-market buys pushed it up already.

There might be a bit of short term volatility - but I see these as a long term winner. The issues in Qatar might even propel a more immediate short- medium term upward trend.

Have added a few.

Not fussed by interest bill as compared to last year's profits - latest deal is transformational.

Just reading about the $110m, 36 month loan facility - they've only actually drawn $75m of it for this acquisition, & sounds like they intend using some or all of the rest on further acquisitions. Let's hope they're all as value-accretive.

Can't go bust taking a profit, well done. More than happy to stay in here, & considering buying more - the fact the placing was at a premium & yet still "heavily oversubscribed" suggests it's ultimately going a lot higher. Could be some bumps along the way of course.

Complete change of plan. Sold out at 74p and took a decent profit. The share price was starting to drop back and I couldn't get a quote to sell at 76p or 75p. With luck this will drop back to the placing price and allow me to get back in and buy all the stock I require. If not, plenty more fish in the sea.
