19/9/2023 09:19 | All explained in the header. WHT should be 15% (instead of 30%) in an ISA (or any other non-SIPP holding) if you complete a W8-BEN. No WHT if in a SIPP. | ![]() bluemango
19/9/2023 09:14 | eithin You should not be paying withholding tax. I got the full 3.43p last time in my ISA. If your name is on the share register you need to fill in a WBEN form which your broker should be able to sort out. The best solution is to have them in an ISA and let the broker sort it out. | ![]() this_is_me

19/9/2023 08:17 | Help, Withholding Tax. 3.52p div/ - 15% = 2.992p to UK holder. Have tried above with previous divis but don't get what I receive. Bit more than just deducting 15%??????? | ![]() eithin

19/9/2023 07:49 | The drop in the share price yesterday was disappointing, however the dividends since I bought mean that I am about break even in my investment here. I am happy to just collect the huge dividends and consider adding to my holding if the share price goes down much further. | ![]() this_is_me
19/9/2023 07:28 | 3.52p. Divi for UK holders | ![]() jurgenklopp
19/9/2023 07:19 | Well the only good thing is that they only bought 250k shares yesterday to steady the ship. They have plenty of firepower in reserve . The CFO leaving suddenly is bound to cause unease amongst investors but from his recent absence at presentations this has been brewing a while. We know Rusty is extremely dissatisfied with the share price and perhaps Eric is responsible and may have been the architect of the placing. | ![]() lab305

18/9/2023 22:02 | "to pursue other professional opportunities" It's probably simply another opportunity too good to turn down and they have allowed him to leave at the end of September as they have someone to fill the role with prior experience as CFO. | ![]() bountyhunter
18/9/2023 21:58 | LLB For a FTSE 250 company that is an incredibly short time frame for a CFO to exit. Even a small private company would have a longer time frame. Given it's only 2 weeks this is a very unusual situation even if Brad had held the CFO position previously. It appears to be another snap decision process which is concerning. The change can't have been in the making for any length of time as it would be a notifiable event when the board were told Williams was leaving. Everything could have been mutually agreed in a short time frame but for a listed company that is not the norm - again something the market doesn't like. | scrwal
18/9/2023 18:20 | So he has prior experience in the CFO role which can't be a bad thing. | ![]() bountyhunter
18/9/2023 18:19 | Today: Hutson continued, "I am thrilled to have the opportunity to promote and place Brad into the role of CFO, who has a deep understanding of Diversified, having also previously held the CFO position at the Company. Brad has developed strong relationships within every segment of our company, and these relationships position him and our finance teams for future success. Additionally, his promotion and appointment ensures we do not miss a beat in executing our strategy to responsibly deliver long-term value to shareholders." | ![]() bountyhunter
18/9/2023 18:18 | #Scrawl - Mr Williams will work with the Company through the end of September 2023 to ensure a smooth transition of leadership.. | laurence llewelyn binliner
18/9/2023 18:15 | Well Brad has been CFO of DEC previously but before the departing CFO who presumably was better otherwise Brad would have got the post. Rusty seems a bit too effusive on the changes, CFOs don't leave at the drop of a hat to pursue "other professional opportunities" nor are they immediately replaced - something has happened which caught the company out , even if you are headhunted you don't just walk out the door. Obviously the market doesn't like what's happened and maybe disagrees with the new CFO appointment. It's another thing that has rocked the DEC boat. | scrwal
18/9/2023 17:28 | Seems to me like a lot of nervousness around resignation maybe opening the floodgates so Promote everyone a bit worrying | ![]() fred177
18/9/2023 17:14 | CFO has been with DEC for 6 years so decision cannot have been taken lightly. Market certainly didn’t like it! | ![]() tag57
18/9/2023 16:59 | Perhaps it is because of the lacklustre share price that a BOD shakeup was needed to help with some decisions on deal making and building the company..? some differences in opinions and votes are inevitable over time which need to be realigned.. 18.09.2023 - Brad, Ben, Ron, and Maverick are incredibly talented leaders. They will allow us to build on the significant momentum we have at Diversified as we continue our journey to grow and position this Company for the future.. | laurence llewelyn binliner
18/9/2023 16:46 | At this share price , yield is over 16.5% and counting . Opportunity or a falling knife ? Tomorrow definitely under 83p , mark my words even ex div is on 31 Dec 2023 . | ![]() stevensupertrader
18/9/2023 15:22 | Mostly it looks like grander titles (presumably with pay rises) all round. The words spoken of and by the outgoing CFO don't suggest any problem with his work, though of course his departure may have been precipitated by strategy disagreements. If so, we shall have to wait upon any changes of direction (and none are flagged) to see whether we like the look of them. I can't see anything in this RNS to warrant today's drop in the share price BWTFDIK Mr B Gray seems to have a good eye for a selling opportunity. He was selling while most of us thought it a good moment to load up. We must watch him to see if has an equally good eye for when to buy back! I agree llb - all looks set for a bumper dividend for sterling investors in ten days time. | ![]() 1knocker
18/9/2023 14:58 | Stinks of being ousted Hold but not happy at the moment Something is up CFO’s don’t resign with immediate effect without trouble at t’mill | ![]() adg
18/9/2023 14:36 | So Mr. Gray divested most, if not all of his holdings to then become CFO? | ![]() alotto
18/9/2023 08:26 | Well they sure haven't delivered any short term value to shareholders. On 24 May last the same Mr. Gray divested through the market 250,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of GBP0.9565 per Ordinary Share. Let's hope he brings that perspercacity to his new role !!! | ![]() lab305 |
