Currently shares trading at half the price of net assets yet they place new shares at a further discount of over 20%. This company doesn't seem geared to interests of currents holders at all. There has never been a dividend in 20 years. Absolute disgrace. If company really was going anywhere surely £700,000 could have been borrowed from elsewhere or even in-house from rich holders for a few months?

If so confident about Christmas trading why can't money be borrowed just for a few months instead of dilution?

Both Redlegs are on offer in my Tesco at £18 bottle. It's the cheapest rum available apart from CM. I also think the special bottle looks quite smart.

So we spent half a million on an advert not the best in opinion for a product that had a supply issue with at the time,we lend out £3 million only to then be short of stock money so we have to go cap in hand to raise money to keep trading with.No Reg Leg product available in my 2 big Sainsburys in the South East of the country, they did stock it before when they had a distibutor working for them.Yes i am a share holder some what dissapointed with the recent share price and as for Trove.....dont get me started .............

As far as I can see, this new guy is good at what he does and has masses of experience in green tech, mining, minerals and a PhD. I'm all for new brooms at DIS board level, but I don't see how it helps us in booze manufacture and distribution. What am I missing? pete

Skinny/#10461 ''- is GC of ITM infamy?'' - Why infamy?

Graham successfully led ITM Power as Chief Executive Officer from 2009 to 2022. ITM Power was the first hydrogen related company to be listed on the London Stock Market. He was instrumental in delivering key strategic partnership agreements with global energy partners that transformed ITM Power from a relatively small business into a leader in the hydrogen market.

Interestingly (or not) Red Leg is now on offer in my Local Sainsbury's. £18. From memory it usually flies off the shelf when on offer.

Let's see what the XMas figures are, as they need the money so they can fill the demands of the clients, which suggests some decent level of orders, which we'll only see the numbers for in the post XMas or Q1 trading update.

Working link (you could have copied and pasted it, it's always an issue with this site if you post on mobile the links don't work on desktop, and vice versa!). And yes, this is him.

Graham cooley is a proven entrepreneur and developer of early stage businesses, Graham has been involved with a wide range of companies nearly all connected to the cleantech sector. He has successfully led numerous transactions and raised substantial investment capital. Graham was CEO of Sensortec Ltd, founder of Metalysis Ltd, a spin out from Cambridge University, and founding CEO of Antenova Ltd.

Not sure what this has to do with a booze company,
and a company that is a very long way off ''early stage''.

Yet another dilution. Will DIS ever be worth anything. Q3 results had better be good.
