                                 Re. Agreement

Delling Group Plc, the marketing support services group, is delighted to
announce that it has entered into an agreement with Briscan AB, the
Swedish-based technology company that has developed unique solutions for
communication between mobile phones and physical advertising objects.

The agreement gives Delling Group, through its subsidiaries Depicta Ltd and
Butler Systems Ltd, the sole world-wide right to use and distribute the unique
iTAG TM throughout the marketing and communications sector for which it will
receive a fifty per cent. share of net profits generated.

iTAG TM is a highly sophisticated way for the consumer to communicate between
their mobile phone and advertising objects like plasma screens, posters,
boards, magazines, containers and so on. The consumer will be enticed to take a
picture using their mobile phone of the object through slogans such as, "*.take
a picture of this image and send it to 81097 for a chance to win front row
tickets to the*.." Briscan's technology will then receive the picture message
and detect within it a code that indicates which campaign it is for. Briscan
will then reply by SMS, MMS or voice to the consumer on behalf of the brand, as
e.g. start of a potential automated dialogue communication.

Not only is the technology extremely appealing to brands who are constantly
looking for new ways to reach consumers on a more individual level, it is also
very valuable to the brands as it enables them to gain useful information and
statistics about the consumer. The Company expects the technology to be put
into full commercial use in Q2 2005.

Delling Group's Chief Operating Officer, Geir Lolleng, says,

"This technology is unique, fascinating and highly appealing to companies
seeking to enhance sales through creative advertising. We want to continue to
build a company that is always one step ahead in terms of offering brilliant
and efficient marketing support services and solutions and this deal is a
perfect example of that.

Briscan has developed the proprietary technology and want Delling to
commercialise it within our markets for which we will receive half of the net
profits. I am enormously excited about the potential for this technology and
its future contribution to Delling."
