17/3/2005 21:48 | Ben, have a good read of the thread, particularly post 43 above, then have a look at the web site in the header. All of that should give you some pointers... I see on the Delling web site homepage there's a report from CEBIT 2005 (which has just finished) reporting iTag as a big success. Unfortunately it doesn't allow copying so I can't paste it here. With a m/cap of just £12.7m and on a forward P/E of around 7 there's lots of potential here over the next year. | rivaldo
17/3/2005 13:57 | Hi all, im thinking of investing a some money in 'Delling Group' as there share price looks promising, can anyone tell me if they are worth investing in, what the news for the future? Cheers Ben | ben123
17/3/2005 11:11 | Wotcha napoleon and karlmarsh. Patience is something I've been cultivating recently, and it's been paying off over the last few weeks with MBY, CKN, HYC and others. But maybe not so much patience required for DLG - interims will be out in April and should give the market a few clues for the future. The shareholder list is encouraging - RAB Capital are pretty shrewd, and they hold 4.79%. And the CEO and COO own 30% between them so are well incentivised. | rivaldo
17/3/2005 10:35 | Hi there, Rivaldo. we've met B4.... I got here exactly the same way as you. Very interested - it leaves MEG somewhat in the shade | napoleon 14th
17/3/2005 09:05 | you are not on your own rivaldo. I do think you need patience though. | karlmarsh
17/3/2005 08:48 | Wow, a lovely quiet board - excellent! I snapped some of these up at 18.9p earlier - below the mid-price, fantastic! It seems to have cleared a small overhang and moved the price up, so got a small further amount as well. Hadn't even heard of DLG till last night, then saw this on UK-Analysts's market report e-mail: "Delling Group shares were unchanged at 19p despite an upbeat note from Seymour Pierce. The broker said that it though the valuation was not demanding and noted its peer group, which includes Creston (unchanged at 163.5p), Mice (up 2p to 43p), WPP (down 10p to 607.5p) and Media Square (up 0.25p to 29.25p) was trading on a group forward multiple of 12 time, while the support services sector was trading on a forward multiple of 17 times. Seymour Pierce's forecasts show that Delling is trading on a price/earnings multiple of 8.6 times for 2005, falling to 6.5 times in 2006. The broker said it believed that Delling was capable of winning large contracts, given its unique offering in the marketplace and that acquisitions would provide further upside and greater momentum for the group. it rated the shares a "buy."" Did the research last night - everything looks great, and the iTag technology looks like it could really grab peeps' imagination. On a forward P/E of 6.5 I can see this being a triple-bagger in a pretty short time - and it's on AIM so only 10% tax after 2 years. I'm quite excited about this one, so please forgive the slight rampyness! | rivaldo
21/2/2005 19:30 | Today was last day for T10's to close after RNS, so we've held the price fairly well. I'd expect to see the share price start moving north in the coming days. | james t kirk
15/2/2005 13:59 | Nice big X trade of 500k, looks like someone's buying a decent stake. Watch for Level 2 changing later when the buys been completed. | james t kirk
14/2/2005 11:06 | Nice tick up today, all mm's together on L2 | james t kirk
11/2/2005 19:16 | Also in on the 9th. Therefore I presume in good company and in a good company. | faz
11/2/2005 00:02 | Little mention in the Times - February 10, 2005 Smaller stock to watch Delling Group, the marketing support services group floated on AIM in October at 14p, rallied 3½p to 19¾p on unveiling contract wins worth more than £3.7 million in annual revenues, almost twice last year's turnover. The clients include Hewlett Packard, Compass Group and Beijer, the retail chain, all of which it will work for in Sweden. Delling also said it had raised £1.3 million at 15p through Seymour Pierce to fund potential acquisitions. | karlmarsh
10/2/2005 09:58 | I stand corrected, even better. | james t kirk
10/2/2005 09:23 | James, one correction - "With £3.7m already booked admittedly over a few years" - Actually 3.7 million per annum! | karlmarsh
10/2/2005 07:41 | Just been looking at board members, very good pedigree especially one Non -Exec.. Christopher Stone - Non-Executive Director Chris is the CEO of Northgate Information Solutions plc, a FTSE 250 company. He was previously a senior executive with EDS, Digital Equipment Corporation and Accenture, and a consultant with Bain & Co. He was named Technology CEO of the year 2004 by the European Technology Forum. | james t kirk
10/2/2005 07:37 | The more I read yesterday's RNS, the more excited I get about the share. For a company listed within the last six months, the acceleration of sales is impressive. With £3.7m already booked admittedly over a few years, but equates to annual sales 200% up on last year. It also sounds as if profit margins are rising, so the valuation appears to be speculative but low by other examples of new companies, with a product wanted by major Global players. | james t kirk
10/2/2005 07:11 | in from yesterday. | bigbobjoylove
09/2/2005 15:40 | Good to have you guys aboard - though I have only just recently bought myself! City equities bought 2mil last october and shifted 1.9mil in 5 days so we may not have too long to wait. | caecilius
09/2/2005 14:19 | That's what's holding this back then and causing the real buy price to be so much lower. They should clear their stock soon. | james t kirk
09/2/2005 13:40 | CityEq trying to sell @20p. Looks like they picked some of the placing. | byroneck
09/2/2005 13:08 | Just bought 10k, at 19.5p again showing as a sell. You can clearly buy well under offer today. | james t kirk
09/2/2005 10:59 | Bought in this morning. Potential looks great here. A placing at the current bid price (as it was this am) looks a positive too. Long term agreement worth £3.7m per annum must secure a lot of earnings visibility too. Been watching these for a while - today forced my hand. CR | cockneyrebel
09/2/2005 09:22 | My buy at 19.25 showing as sell. | pirate
09/2/2005 08:58 | Thanks Caecilus, it certainly seems that this company has potential for great growth and a valuation of £12m seems fair. I'll wait for dust to settle though, with the slight fall on Level 2, as there may be a better buying op. | james t kirk
09/2/2005 08:42 | JTK, until the results in April can't say for sure though a more knowledgable poster may comment here. As you will have read this morning, As we already have established the cost base and organisational infrastructure to handle new outsourcing customers, these contracts will have a significant positive effect on the Group's net cash flow and enhance margins. | caecilius |
