19/12/2024 10:15 | Fallen by a third from that July spike. Now at a new all-time low and still slipping. More than 90% down from those impressive highs 3 years ago and now into loss-making mode. | grabster
10/12/2024 11:05 | 5harecast link blocked by advfn - but it says much the same | grabster
10/12/2024 08:06 | Aha. A trading update and a profit warning. That might explain the quickening fall. "Dianomi faces revenue challenges" is one early headline "The Company now expects revenue for the year to be broadly in line with market expectations at circa £28 million and to record a small loss at adjusted EBITDA* level compared to market expectations of a small profit. While traffic across the Group's premium publisher base remains steady, the uplift from the US election was less pronounced than widely anticipated. Alongside this, demand from our premium advertiser base has been softer than expected." | grabster
09/12/2024 10:55 | And down again this morning. Fall picking up speed. I can find no current news or comment except some bb comment about a cancelled contract but no link to back it up. | grabster
04/12/2024 16:16 | Anyone who has hung on for more than 16 months while it struggles to get up off the floor that it landed on in July 2023, will surely be disappointed that it has again slipped back below that level. Especially after surging above 60p in July this year. | grabster
04/12/2024 10:46 | from simplywallstreet on October 12: "What We Can Learn From Dianomi's ROCE Bringing it all together, while we're somewhat encouraged by Dianomi's reinvestment in its own business, we're aware that returns are shrinking. And investors may be expecting the fundamentals to get a lot worse because the stock has crashed 89% over the last three years. In any case, the stock doesn't have these traits of a multi-bagger discussed above, so if that's what you're looking for, we think you'd have more luck elsewhere." | grabster
04/12/2024 10:28 | Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. now holding 11.8351% of the voting rights. A >8% decrease from its previous position of 12.8818%. slip-sliding away towards a new low? June/July low was 46.5p and earlier 45p | grabster

17/7/2023 11:11 | Sooooo we have a cyclical revenue stream that’s declining, no dividend, cash burn and two of the three founders out barely 18-months after listing. What a car crash. I’ve added to the watchlist for when this drops to circa net cash. I just can’t see why you’d want to buy it even after today’s ~40% drop. | catabrit
09/2/2023 22:25 | With the price having steadily fallen from around £5 to below £1 is it now worth buying? Starting to do some research but would welcome any pointers or thoughts. | rossco
16/2/2022 17:47 | ...from last year... Dianomi published its interims for H1 21 this morning. The numbers were pretty impressive, 34% top line revenue growth, adjusted EBITDA up 122%, adjusted EPS up 26%, debt free and a growing cash pile up to £7.9m. The company only listed on AIM in May, but today’s headline maiden numbers look pretty encouraging. Market cap is £115m, revenues are on track to reach the £35-40m range in FY21, implying PS ratio of around 3, roughly mid-range for Professional & Commercial Services. DNM also announced a new partnership with global news giant CNN this morning, one which “demonstrates the quality and relevance of Dianomi's ad monetisation | km18
24/9/2021 20:13 | Price taking off like a rocket! The issue with Google ceasing third party cookies from it browser is a complete nightmare for publishers. Looks like this is going to drive a lot of programmatic into contextual advertising and these guys are leaders in that space. I’m largely sitting in cash at the moment but am sorely tempted to take a bite of this. Should have done earlier! Salty | saltaire111
23/9/2021 17:06 | Only just invested in these at the beginning of the week but already looks very interesting. | bellymonster

18/9/2021 07:02 | Yep quiet board but that's no bad thing. I was watching from IPO and after being impressed with their results and outlook (plus the presentation) entered at just under £4. Seems to me they have a quality business here. | hydrus
17/9/2021 15:50 | Looks like it's just you and me lol. Solid business with great prospects, a fair few good names on the share holders list as well. | jqb1
17/9/2021 15:33 | V quiet here but I'm happy with the business progress. Impressive CNN contract win recently. | hydrus
