28/6/2002 10:51 | ds,I may be wrong but is scorpion not thinking about players etc on their books ? | wosser
28/6/2002 09:10 | Scorpion- I got the impression that aquisitions would come from non listed companies so i doubt it. | digital sport
28/6/2002 08:17 | DS - have you been following World Sport (WLD)?. Taken a hammering this morning and outlook looks grim. £1.60 to 9.75 pence in 12 months!! Anything in there for DTL if or when it goes belly up? | scorpion 40
27/6/2002 18:36 | D/S OK... will do,but will try to have a chat with GS. prior. Thanks | omerta
27/6/2002 17:36 | Omerta- email me at chelseatiger@aol.com ,and i will get back to you!! PS. totally agree with your last post | digital sport
27/6/2002 17:32 | Well done and thanks Mr. Sport for your info. GS | sirgary
27/6/2002 17:26 | Thanks for your efforts D/S.... this alliance networking is just as GS explained his strategy to me approx 12months ago. I am putting the share price second ( have to in these markets!!!!) and am far more interested in the "building blocks" being put in place. Perhaps we can e-mail if you think it's worthwhile. In your court. Thanks again. | omerta
27/6/2002 16:29 | ds lets hope so !!! keep up the good posts, I am fairly new to all this but getting the drift. | wosser
27/6/2002 16:24 | Thanks for that digi | the other kevin
27/6/2002 15:38 | Wosser- steadily building your stake sounds like a good idea to me,maybe you can dump the 8-6 sometime in the not to distant future!!if you know what i mean. | digital sport
27/6/2002 15:05 | DS Thankyou, all info greatly received | wosser
27/6/2002 14:47 | Omerta-I did speak to your mate GS and what a nice fella indeed. Firstly i asked Adrian Bradshaw about press speculation of a 2nd aquisition,he obviously could not answer the question but i deduced that something is imminent.IMHO. Also a number of uk transfers are in talks!! DTL now have a large network in Spain and a smaller network in Italy where deals are and will happen.(transfers).S DTL are building a network in South America and the recent transfer of Matias Vuoso confirms this, Terry Venables identified this player for the group. It was the way in which DTL transacted this deal that is most impressive and has won them a reputation in South America. (i am not sure that i can say how on here). I also spoke to the companies brokers regarding institutional investment and their reply was what impressed me most although i do not want to say on this BB for obvious reasons. hope this helps | digital sport
27/6/2002 14:42 | DS Are you prepared to divulge any more re. post 188, I am in long term, been building steadily but the AGM statemnet did not expand on anything we did not already know which probaly explains why no price movement, I am also a long way from London and trying to hold down an 8-6 job, otherwise I would have been there. | wosser
27/6/2002 14:35 | DigiS....Like to share the interesting bits then? | the other kevin
27/6/2002 14:29 | I suspect when the TRANSFERS begin to happen, the share price will react. | noah
27/6/2002 14:25 | Hi D/S ... not able to get to town today. What,if anything of interest, did Gary have to say. Bland platitudes no doubt. IMO the stock is in no mans land ... so better it drifts to BTG's +ing level and it'll at least look interesting again. For now i agree with you it's one for the long/er term. It's a "bull market stock" AND this sure ain't a "bull market" PS.... can't remember if i.ve mentioned this but the FSA have informed GS that it is not taking any further action re WIE. Tell us something worth knowing ... THAT'S IF THERE IS ANYTHING!!!!!!!! | omerta
27/6/2002 14:22 | downbutnotout- Yes | digital sport
27/6/2002 14:15 | So ds did the directors or Collins Stewart have anything interesting to say? | downbutnotout
27/6/2002 14:03 | Scorpion- not sure about that but today only confirmed for me that this is a mid/long term play with the odd ride for the short termers. Being one of only six shareholders that attended i managed to have personal conversations with most of the board and also 2 representitives of the companies brokers Collins Stewart. | digital sport
27/6/2002 13:39 | Suppose price will not move much short term | scorpion 40
27/6/2002 11:44 | Well, the agm went as expected and the future looks rosy!! | digital sport
27/6/2002 07:53 | Mmmmmm 3 shredded wheat today...and i'm off to the AGM | digital sport
26/6/2002 15:41 | Cheers mate. | to350
26/6/2002 14:54 | T0350- as you know it will only take me a few minutes to get there on the tube and i am hoping to bag a few private conversations with the Directors so it would be rude of me not to go really....i will let you know any thing of interest tomorrow afternoon. regards | digital sport
26/6/2002 14:07 | No ds, If I jetted in for the AGM it would be an added expense on the stock to recouperate so no point as I am sure that all will be revealed on this thread. It is seriously hot over here today. Not the best of times to be pouring money into stocks Noah, it might be worth sitting back a bit and keeping a close eye on things. As I read it the management will agree on a new name and at best reveal one new aquisition. That, in the current market conditions is hardly going to set us alight. All IMHO NAG etc etc. | to350 |
