BTG,

Can you tell me how if Michael Ricketts is not a 'well respected' player then how come he was even picked to be in the England team? I don't know what you want from a young player, as in his first season in the Premiership he has had all the headlines for Bolton, is sought after by many a bigger club and still at only 23 years old. I think he has a glittering career ahead of him and are talking rubbish if you think hes not a major premiership player..

So Michael Rickets is useless, so he never plays for England again, and maybe his current team will want rid of him, AND WE MAKE MONEY ON THE TRANSFER!!!!!

Some press info I have found. Not bad that DTL now has both the PFA player of the year and the second place in the young player of the year on their books.

Manchester United`s Ruud van Nistelrooy last night won the PFA Award for 2001/02.
The Dutchman said: "I have been voted by the players of the Premier League and that is the best league in Europe at the moment. That makes me feel proud."
The Young Players` Award went to Newcastle United striker Craig Bellamy. Michael Ricketts (Bolton Wanderers) came second and Steven Gerrard (Liverpool), who won the award last year, came third.

CONCLUSIONS

DTL is grossly undervalued imho. The company has no debt, has a positive cash balance of £2.5m, has NAV of £3.4m, and its main operating subsidiary (ICON) trades profitably in the rapidly expanding football agency business. The 2002 World Cup is only a whisper away and any company that has any degree of exposure to the event will draw attention from the investing public. All in all I see DTL as a great potential recovery play with massive upside potential.

Good post Scorpion...most of us are looking at the bigger picture ,med/long term with the possibility of a bid!!.. of course there will be opportunities along the road for short termers aswell.

PDMARR- I am certainly not arrogant or a liar....it was you who first came onto this thread calling me!!..I will be willing to discuss this share with you if you quit the "you are a ramper rubbish". I have never advised anyone to buy.
All i have done is pass on information,i admit sometimes the timescale has been a little off but never to much. Take a look back and view the information i have passed on,all correct.

I'll follow facts and not the hype. Todays announcement was hardly first class as more second rate stars enrolled, or in the case of Lara, a major star in a sport with no money...

I'd obviously trust an individual like your good self as 1) you accused me publicly of something I'd never done ie ramp on the SWD board - apology to follow as you were wrong? 2)you made endless references to imminent major announcements with major degrees of certainties and even specific dates. Didn't see any of them...did you?

I wouldn't call myself naive as people like you are transparent immediately to me which I think puts me at an advantage. I think the only naive investors are the ones you've suckered in with your ramping.

I would imagine that even the most naive investor had heard of SWD bearing in mind the media coverage they received.You are in a different league!!
You have asked again about Van Nistolrooy,don,t you beleive he is a client or something.
We are not talking about finals or interims not that you would have any idea when they are due.

2) I thought it was about Van Nistolrooy coming on board.

at least BTG knows the sector and is putting across his opinion but you obviously know nothing....
