DEXION EQUITY ALTERNATIVE LIMITED (IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION)
INTERIM DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT: REDEMPTION PORTFOLIO
At a general meeting of the Company held at 9.30 a.m. on 8 November 2012, shareholders passed proposals to wind-up the Company and Linda Johnson and Ashley Paxton of KPMG Channel Islands Limited were appointed Joint Liquidators.
Further to the Company's Circular dated 30 March 2012, the Liquidators announce the following second payment of redemption monies to Redemption Portfolio shareholders:
Redemption Portfolio GBP 0.0347 per share
This distribution will be paid on 28 March 2013 by way of cheques drawn upon a UK clearing bank posted to the shareholder's registered address.
In accordance with the Company's Circular dated 8 October 2012, further distribution(s) will be made from proceeds from the realisation of the remainder of the portfolio, although payments may be delayed until a sufficient balance has accumulated.
