I would not be surprised to see this well below placing price soon enough.

The company had low revenue in last accounts (your local newsagent creates more), and still they made a loss. If there's a need to place at 1p take it as a sign there's no significant revenue being generated from any of their "tech" during this period.

The market cap should half (at the very least) from here.

I think not a lot know that smallcappick has been posting false rumours on advfn from around 2004.

His first username I can recall was 74graham and then the false rumour legend william47 then buystock and tons of them. Advfn used to ban me for exposing him, how times have changed

Its rocketing. Were MMs and placing news holding this back? Year high is 18p and its being bought into hard. Good luck getting a quote because its not happening easily. Placing is for a measly £500k.

The company as a business has done positive things since listing.The collaboration with Worldskills and Lenovo should be a game changer imho.
Bringing in Heaton as COO another positive move.

However the damage has always been the IPO when nearly 30% of the company was given to Spivs @ 1p

Jeffries and Co have continued to bury their heads in the sand regarding the spivs and now they find themselves back at the IPO price trying to raise some funds.

Im hoping the placing is for US expansion.
