Jeffries isnt complicit he hasnt sold a single share and stands to lose what invariable is his company after 5 years and over a million squid in development.
Hes a tech engineer not a company CEO, says it all really.

i bet T Heaton takes place in the fund raise after saying he would buy in the open market.

Is the Placing for expansion or keep the lights on.

If its to keep the lights on then going to be the shortest listing ever.

The IPO was a shambles and Jeffries has more or less said they made naive decisions and took bad advise.
They changed broker for the last placing.

Imho they have been in discussions about a fund raise and an intertrader nominee probably from the IPO got wind of the placing Tuesday and has dumped a load of stock.

What probably looked like a fund raise of around 1.75p against a stable market price of 2p looks to be in danger.

1-1.25p looks likely as they cant raise below the nominal value.

dont go near it going bust no money no decent sales and high overhead contracts are all phoney everything is a fraud called it here first look at my posts
