Personally i would reckon that many shares have easily been traded many times over. The rapid rise and fall is done, now consolidation before news. Time will tell, but i think many a savvy investor will hold the small bumps. Anyone who has been to the investor evenings or spoken to chris has come away with a lot of positives. Just because the price is at a current downtrend, its become easy to bash this share and act like weve all been predicting this. Reality will hopefully set in when the latest news/figures are released and hopefully the price rises. How many companies have had discounted placings, and then the price has shot up due to underlying quality. If this whole company is a fraud and pump and dump, with buyers and holders being swindled out of their hard earned, may i ask what great desire of generousity has pushed soo many to deramp this on a daily basis? Why not do your own thing and let the holders here get on with theres? Simple really. Here we await news, there is no denying the fact the company has great potential and many are willing to buy stock. Constantly referring back to previous prices and placing shares, is useless now. Look forward at what the company is offering or doesnt that suit the deramping agenda? Time will tell, good luck all holders. Non holders dont waste your and our time. Thanks

How do you know they weren't? If you look at shares traded it's pretty obvious. You can quote pages of the prospectus till the cows come home. Company has been listed for 5 months now and shares have been traded. I'm confident that all the shares bar those locked in (plus some locked in) have pretty much been traded now. The share price is where is is because ill informed ao called pundits have got on the bandwagon and cast doubt into the minds of investors. I've been buying here from 8p up to 15p and back down to just over 5p along with many others. Why? Because I see value. I dont need to look at a document from months before I bought to reinforce an opinion. Look at what the company has achieved since listing. Blue chip clients, a unique careers platform, a game that will hit playstation and xbox in the near future. This is a life changing opportunity at 10p let alone 5p. That's not a pump, it's a fact and anyone that does any independant, logical and reasoned research, having spoken to Chris and visited the company will realise this.

2. Syminex facility
On 10 August 2018, the Subsidiary, DevClever Limited, entered into a secured facility agreement with Syminex for a convertible loan facility of £210,000, included in Cash and cash equivalents. Included within Loans and borrowings is the principal amount due of £210,000, plus interest payable of £10,000.

Syminex has elected to convert the loan facility, plus interest of £10,000, to Ordinary shares on the date of the IPO.

An adjustment has been made to reflect the proceeds of a placing of 59,000,000 Ordinary Shares of the Company at an issue price of £0.01 per Ordinary Share, net of an adjustment to reflect the payment in cash of admission costs estimated at approximately £217,900.

On the date of the Placing, the £210,000 Syminex facility and £10,000 interest will be converted to 22,000,000 Ordinary Shares at an issue price of £0.01 per Ordinary Share.

On 6 December 2018, the Company raised equity finance of £335,000 gross through the issue of 33,500,000 shares at £0.01

so that's £335k / 33.5m shares = 1p per share

The proof is in the prospectus document, if you read it - the loan holder converted £200k debt into 20m shares

I personally think ignore the crazy pump.and dump the company went through. If we take a look now, the potential is huge, chris has said the company is making profit, the financial statements have a history of that. Newsflow should be starting soon, and the shareprice has consolidated at just above todays level for some time. If even one branch of the comapnies tech takes off, the possibilities are amazing. Boredon has caused a recent drop, but its far from doom and gloom.

I could say the same thing British Petroleum is not making a profit so it must be less than 1 p fundamentally and they're paying dividends out of their pockets . is that a fraud also .

I think there are just too many people who have either huge open shorts, or just havent bothered to research fully. Strange how so many negative posts come up when the stock is down. Will these same people own up if the tide turns? I doubt it. If you dont like the stock, sell up and move on, why simply waste time on being negative, If you think the stock is so worthless?
The only problem i can see right now is lack of news. We have been promised that soon, but obviously the delay causes frustration and people sell. What more to say. When the newsflow does start, i hope for a speedy recovery of the price!!
