Quite agree. And responsibility for the poorly constructed Chairman's statement lies, yet again, with the Chairman.Who remains the chairman after what, his 35th AGM? About time he made progress to his, no doubt massive, garden.MrC

The trouble with the statement is that there was no specific data (values) about sales.
The 40m dump is a clear sign of unhappiness.

Do you know the company history? Their sales coverage in the US is patchy and probably less now after the restructuring l. Yes it’s a massive market but you need someone to sell the product. In Europe and other CE mark countries there are multiple distributors so for me it makes sense to go that route first

Indeed. If the sales are going to £1.1m this year, then £2.2m is a lot. If they are going to be £4m, then it is minuscule. They should be a lot nearer 4 than 1 but we have absolutely no way of guessing. BTW I have looked at a few early stage UK medtechs recently and all are going for FDA before CE because it's quicker and US is a better market. Why is DEMG doing the opposite?MrC

Hmmm. Thought this was mostly piffle. More about the old box than the new one. Not a hint of a sales number. And some self congratulatory nonsense about hitting first quarter objectives. But we have no idea what those were. Bet if you look back that the company has made a lot of "progress" over the last decade as its sales declined by three-quarters.MrC
