I wonder who mr Stubbs is. Perhaps a BB reader but not the Count - he goes by a different name but was over 2 percent at one point I think. Dilution would have reduced that I think

You have to wonder what happened at the end of last week wrt the largish sales. Assuming it wasn't the exercised options perhaps we had a forced seller. Now that we know the results are the week after next, I would expect buyers to come back in. You have to presume the company will reiterate that the cash flow positivity has continued especially because we know July was a good month and one times turnover for a cashflow positive medical device company is ridiculous as shown by the Cheetah sale yesterday. Let's just hope that DEMG aren't taken out for a song..... All just IMHO.....

It seems that Cheetah have been taken over for an exorbitant amount despite the fact that they have no real evidence base. Clearly there is increased interest in this sector, which is encouraging. How much would a company with the best evidence base for heamodynamic monitoring during surgery be worth...... hTTps://en.globes.co.il/en/article-baxter-buys-israeli-co-cheetah-medical-for-230m-1001300224

3 million were sold late last week and there have only been 1.5 million buys since so a few more purchases required IMHO!

Go on then, I will play one more round: which broker?Would be good to know if we need to put them right or if they can actually process what is in the accountsAll the short term debt at December 2018 was paid off months agoDEMG is cash positive, profitable and worth at least twice the current market cap, indeed three times

A rather scary chart and to think it was over 20p at some point. The dilution has been horrendous but credit where credit is due - they have continued to raise money on a jam tomorrow promise. I suspect though they are clean out of suckers so it is profits or die - knife edge stuff.

so you are The Count then from the other thread , how interesting to know Re the fall to 1.2p due to big vol of sells on friday and the next results due in days time. The financial year end balance sheet 31/12/2018 stated under Borrowings: Borrowings Due < 1 Yr ........................ 0.59 Million pounds So by my reckoning that means this needs paying by 31/12/2019 13 weeks to go then , have they got 590,000 pounds kicking around to pay this ? And please ask the team on the other thread ( those that don't read here ... hi guys ... if they think this has any bearing on the friday sells . dyor
