09/9/2019 14:05 | Every penny is sure sorely needed now with borrowings to pay by xmas schloo 9 Sep '19 - 13:58 - 10296 of 10296 As anticipated another 1,250,000 options exercised which puts another £12,500 in the kitty and doesn't create an overhang | buywell3

09/9/2019 11:43 | A rather scary chart and to think it was over 20p at some point. The dilution has been horrendous but credit where credit is due - they have continued to raise money on a jam tomorrow promise. I suspect though they are clean out of suckers so it is profits or die - knife edge stuff. | trentendboy
09/9/2019 11:05 | TEB seems to think you are The Count mrC2u 27 Aug '19 - 21:17 - 229 of 246 0 0 0 Have you told LID’s management that you have found out that they are under geared? Awesome, truly awesome MrC TrentEndBoy 30 Aug '19 - 12:09 - 230 of 246 Count - impressive to double down again and to keep buying. Good money after bad but good effort | buywell2
09/9/2019 07:12 | I am not the Count but, unlike you, I can countAre you seriously that stupid?Read the accounts you pathetic moronEvery single penny of the short term borrowings was repaid months agoDEMG is cash positive, profitable and worth three times its current value | mrc2u
09/9/2019 07:01 | so you are The Count then from the other thread , how interesting to know Re the fall to 1.2p due to big vol of sells on friday and the next results due in days time. The financial year end balance sheet 31/12/2018 stated under Borrowings: Borrowings Due < 1 Yr .................... So by my reckoning that means this needs paying by 31/12/2019 13 weeks to go then , have they got 590,000 pounds kicking around to pay this ? And please ask the team on the other thread ( those that don't read here ... hi guys ... if they think this has any bearing on the friday sells . dyor | buywell3
07/9/2019 22:11 | Indeed - you do not have a monopoly on idiocy, but you're still an idiot | mrc2u
07/9/2019 18:22 | Note SELL volumes rising over the last month going into results | buywell3
07/9/2019 11:25 | Coincidence?A renowned idiot keeps trying to deramp DEMG and ramp LID. But every supposed weak spot he alleges re DEMG turns out to be a strength; worse, it inevitably highlights that the actual weakness is in LIDAnd then some idiot dumped about 0.75% of DEMG late on a Friday afternoon causing a, no doubt, brief bargain buy windowTwo idiots interested in one company? That's not a coincidence, it's a conspiracyBTW DEMG increased net cash by £0.3m in H1. LID, on the other hand, had net cash outflow of over £0.5m - that's £800,000 worse cash performance than DEMG. LID will most likely need to raise more cash soon, DEMG won't MrC (boring even myself with facts) | mrc2u
07/9/2019 07:39 | Keep on spinning , you guys crack me up DEMG made a loss of 1M pounds in their last set results. The next set of results now due within days , and a big seller has started dumping stock. A coincidence ? buywell thinks not. | buywell3
06/9/2019 18:37 | Very clear as everMrC | mrc2u
06/9/2019 18:36 | Ha ha ha - just a reminder that DEMG is cash positive so doesn't need to raise any more cashLID continues to gush cash and would be well advised to raise more very soonThe only person who keeps raising the idea of LID buying DEMG is you only to knock it down again. Given how wrong you are on everything, I suppose there may well be something in putting the two together especially if you are against itYou're not that Dominic Cummings are you? | mrc2u
06/9/2019 18:30 | I know you are watching LID as you are hoping that LID will take over DEMG whilst DEMG still manages to carry on trading another cash raise within months IMO. As you are also well aware I am against it and only want LID to buy the bits of DEMG they want from the administrators. | buywell3
06/9/2019 17:09 | Er - the little Nobby fellow asked a question and Schloo gave him a clear answerThat, ByeByeWell, is how a discussion board is supposed to workSaw you got made a fool of over on LID earlier. Shouldn't you ban yourself? | mrc2u
06/9/2019 16:43 | Nobby Definitely not. See my post 10265 - he has only exercised 2.6m options so would have struggled to dump 3.6m. Anyway all those 2.6m have effectively been handled off-market I have it on excellent authority that he intends to exercise another 9.6m options over the next few months but does not expect to create any overhang, at least not unless the price gets to where it should be and at least double where it is today Current price means DEMG valued at just over one x sales which is ridiculous for a cash positive medical device company with a very strong evidence base, a strong installed base in multiple markets and is a well differentiated player in a massive new global market opportunity Wouldn't be at all surprised if he exercises a few more at these low levels early next week: more cash in the till if he does | schloo
06/9/2019 16:37 | Nobby looks to be blaming Ewan for selling today I think it was Nobby what done it guv But there is nothing wrong in selling a share , just like there is nothing wrong with shorting one Nobbygnome 6 Sep '19 - 16:28 - 10293 of 10293 Ewan? | buywell3
06/9/2019 16:30 | Nice to see you guys communicating on this thread It's good to talk Who is the big seller today is it Nobby perhaps as his OPTI shares and his TLY shares are also taking a pasting of late Perhaps he is selling one to buy another Must pick one soon as it gets difficult to keep several losers spinning on sticks at the same time Timings of sales V buys have looked IMO that this has been happening Though Nobby I suspect has a few alias's Makes me think somebody is shorting his stock | buywell3
06/9/2019 16:23 | Make that two couples of million | mrc2u
06/9/2019 16:22 | Well well ByeByeWell between you and me I think the interims will be.............. in line with the trading updateBut with some fresh good news thrown in: hopefully about growth in Q3 for which they couldn't be better set upMrC | mrc2u
06/9/2019 16:14 | Nice buying opportunity, interim results due in a few weeks, just wonder if Ewan is clearing the decks of his options? | gbenson1
06/9/2019 16:12 | Not a good day today I c MrC I wonder if news has leaked re upcoming results ? A penny for your thoughts and for the share price perhaps | buywell3
06/9/2019 16:07 | Dumping a couple of million shares late on a Friday afternoon with England batting at Old Trafford? Not on, old chap! Simply not on, I tell youAnd a sure fire way to drive down the priceIf I hadn't just bought a million, I would be tempted to buy a million and a quarterMrC | mrc2u
06/9/2019 15:32 | Overhang still not gone. | janatha |
