A rather scary chart and to think it was over 20p at some point.

The dilution has been horrendous but credit where credit is due - they have continued to raise money on a jam tomorrow promise.

I suspect though they are clean out of suckers so it is profits or die - knife edge stuff.

Re the fall to 1.2p due to big vol of sells on friday and the next results due in days time.


The financial year end balance sheet 31/12/2018 stated under Borrowings:


Borrowings


Due < 1 Yr ........................ 0.59 Million pounds



So by my reckoning that means this needs paying by 31/12/2019

13 weeks to go then , have they got 590,000 pounds kicking around to pay this ?

And please ask the team on the other thread ( those that don't read here ... hi guys ... if they think this has any bearing on the friday sells .

Coincidence?A renowned idiot keeps trying to deramp DEMG and ramp LID. But every supposed weak spot he alleges re DEMG turns out to be a strength; worse, it inevitably highlights that the actual weakness is in LIDAnd then some idiot dumped about 0.75% of DEMG late on a Friday afternoon causing a, no doubt, brief bargain buy windowTwo idiots interested in one company? That's not a coincidence, it's a conspiracyBTW DEMG increased net cash by £0.3m in H1. LID, on the other hand, had net cash outflow of over £0.5m - that's £800,000 worse cash performance than DEMG. LID will most likely need to raise more cash soon, DEMG won't MrC (boring even myself with facts)

I know you are watching LID as you are hoping that LID will take over DEMG
whilst DEMG still manages to carry on trading another cash raise within months IMO.

As you are also well aware I am against it and only want LID to buy the bits of DEMG they want from the administrators.

Definitely not. See my post 10265 - he has only exercised 2.6m options so would have struggled to dump 3.6m. Anyway all those 2.6m have effectively been handled off-market

I have it on excellent authority that he intends to exercise another 9.6m options over the next few months but does not expect to create any overhang, at least not unless the price gets to where it should be and at least double where it is today

Current price means DEMG valued at just over one x sales which is ridiculous for a cash positive medical device company with a very strong evidence base, a strong installed base in multiple markets and is a well differentiated player in a massive new global market opportunity

Wouldn't be at all surprised if he exercises a few more at these low levels early next week: more cash in the till if he does

Who is the big seller today is it Nobby perhaps as his OPTI shares and his TLY shares are also taking a pasting of late

Perhaps he is selling one to buy another

Must pick one soon as it gets difficult to keep several losers spinning on sticks at the same time

Timings of sales V buys have looked IMO that this has been happening

Though Nobby I suspect has a few alias's

Makes me think somebody is shorting his stock
