Have misread it and deleted tweet. Revs will increase thanks to partnership with BV Tech who are also providing a non binding agreement of 350k is good.

In the annual report.."and receipt of a non-binding letter of support from BV Tech for EUR350,000 in July 2019.Taking into account the above, the Directors are satisfied that the Group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future"

Just seen twitter, a couple of goons who are misquoting the annual report to ramp it.

Purely down to some fast buck twitter accounts giving it the nudge this afternoon.

Mind you I did think it was worth a punt at 4.5p or below

Market reacted better than expected, it will drift and ill still hold. Might even get some more if it goes back to 4p. As mentioned BVT are in for the long term

If you go back and check the BV Tech distribution agreement from April, you can see the calibre of clients they expect to market the tech to. Now BV Tech is the majority shareholder, CEO from BV Tech installed to steady ship and oversee operations until new team is assembled.BV Tech won't let DFX go under and lose it all, so they'll position while the new "reboot" happens and gain well from feeding from the bottom around here. Maybe even other manoeuvres in holdings .. who knows..

Took a few on this dip. They have good tech, just badly managed, however now CEO left and major shareholder calling the shots. Could be a heck of a turnaround story here if they get it right.. punt money!

1. With the main aid of amortising against development intangible assets the loss has been limited and reduced to 29% of 2017's, but that's just creative accounting.
2. The massive and various cost reductions are very welcome.
3. The new development and Cloud investments are encouraging and demonstrate a clear product roadmap stretching into next year and beyond. Those need to generate sales to make Defenx solvent again.
4. Tony Reeves' annual remuneration increasing from £30k to £90k is galling - it's difficult to see what he actually does.
5. BVT's connections to the Italian defence and space industries are key.
6. BVT's commitment to keeping Defenx listed on AIM and turning the company around via loans. distribution agreements, utlising its connections in Italy, etc., is unwavering.
7. £11.5k worth of buys raise the share price by 22.5% then one sale of just £610 reduces it by 6%. Baffling.

Let’s be honest, they don’t have cash to drive sales, so it’s all down to BVT, but if they can get some decent sales and maybe a big contract then this could turn around fast. Not holding my breath though

Nice to see them return.

Just look at IDE, they returned from suspension around 1p, went to 1.2p for a few hours then spiked 300% and touched 4p.

The market cap is tiny here and it's illiquid so I'd not rule out something silly happening again here

Sounds like the ship has been steadied, and BVT remain committed. I think they are seeing Defenx as one of their startups, happy to throw money at it until it become profitable, but without the development time and cost up front.

Accounts are very poor, but as expected, good to see losses down to 33% of 2017

All of it is fact. And no-one can deny that the company has been badly run. I think that we're at a crossroads. The company has either turned the corner with the help of the BVT loan and is becoming solvent else it's done.

Some of what you say is fact but we will probably disagree where this company is going. Its badly run, there is no excuse for posting late accounts, even more so twice. My experience is that they have little care for their private investors.
I also question the value of their product.
I was an investor and still follow but not sure I will ever re invest unless there is a change in the boardroom.
My thought is that the will become junk stock at best bust at worst.

7Digital Group PLC posted late accounts last year and are operational. Premier African Minerals. Mineral & Financial Investments.

DFX did indeed do this last year but responded by BVT investing a further €1m, redesigning and re-launching the DFX website, entering into partnership arrangements with various affiliates and entering into an agreement with BVT to sell DFX's products to BVT's customers like the Italian defence industry. And the share price recovered as a result.

The share price will make a sustained recovery if DFX shows that it is selling its products and services so is independently solvent. We know the next accounts only go up to end-December 2018 and will be bad so recovery is dependent on whether the RNS that accompanies them has any vision / commitment or not.
