Proves BVTs commitment to DFX and keeps enough cash to provide a secure development base.

As expected BVT control most elements of the agreement which builds on the previous Master Services Agreement. An exchange of products for services and cash, which will provide enough resources to introduce new products in Q2, hopefully with enough cash to drive sales too.

So few shares in freefloat will make this volatile, I’m sat on an 8p average so hoping for a spike north on news of a deal with BV Tech, I’m still confident. Depending on the terms and size of the agreement we could see this move between 100-300%.

BVT paying 8 for stock supporting the company and in advanced talks to do deals with them and price is 4.75p offer.

If they announce a deal they should do 50-100% but this is a gamble stock
