08/2/2019 15:21 | New website launched yesterday, hopefully more news to follow after. | wordog
13/1/2019 11:44 | So few shares in free float, when the anticipated product launch and rebranding occurs this qtr I think we could easily see 16-18p Here’s hoping. | wordog
09/1/2019 21:45 | News expected Q1, people getting in early. | wordog
09/1/2019 13:39 | No growing debt....BV tech is increasing its stake and will have 70 per cent after the next draw down if needed. As detailed in the Announcement, the Loan is convertible, at the sole discretion of BV Tech, into new ordinary shares of 1.8 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 8 pence per share. The Company has received a conversion notice in respect of the further draw down and accordingly, 5,631,250 new Ordinary Share will be issued to BV Tech pursuant to the conversion notice. On admission of the new Ordinary Shares, BV Tech will be interested in 22,697,008 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 64.0 per cent. of the Company's then enlarged share capital. | barnetpeter
09/1/2019 13:36 | Only one mm left at 9 pence ...next is 10. | barnetpeter
09/1/2019 13:34 | steadily moving up now towards the 12 pence levels. Funding all sorted and tiny mkt cap. Over 200 pence 18 months ago and major holder is not going to let this go broke. | barnetpeter
29/12/2018 19:44 | “The Group has also been enhancing its product portfolio as part of its Defenx 2020 strategy, and we currently anticipate launching new products in Q1 2019.” | wordog
04/11/2018 10:03 | Depends when it happens, they have to offer current holders the highest price paid over the last year or the current price if higher, but the offer would need to be good enough to win in a vote. Unless they get another rule 9 waiver, but assuming the financial situation improves that shouldn’t happen again💪 | wordog
04/11/2018 09:40 | What risk if there is a buyout? What is likely to happen to our holdings at that point? | kp47
03/11/2018 07:23 | Quite a bit to look forward to here, revenues for 2018 will be down, but they will recover some of the trade receivables and have c£900,000 cash. Looks like they will be rebranding and launching new products according to the job description on linked in, which should be interesting. BV Tech have yet again proven their commitment to DFX, I’m confident that they won’t allow it to fail now, which is why I’m still holding some of these. Finally, there are so few shares in free float, so any decent news flow will mean a serious rise in price, and there’s always the chance of a complete buyout once things have stabilised and derisked. I’ll continue to hold. | wordog
02/11/2018 08:33 | Some idiots bought for 13.90 then sells for 13p?? | miahkaysor
01/11/2018 09:27 | Sold half of mine at 16p. I bought them yesterday at 8p so a free one for me now. The ones I bought in the last placing at 8p I sold out for 35p so this has been good to me. Mind you folk were paying 450p last year so it’s all relative. Bv tech own a lot of the company and have invested plenty here so that gives it a good base! | barnetpeter
01/11/2018 09:26 | What's wrong buying, | amrishbhim
01/11/2018 09:24 | Brave punters buying this up here with the BOD as it currently sits. | a2584728
01/11/2018 08:47 | DFX being well bought again, today. Historically,it's certainly one which can leap very healthily. Still lowly priced. f | fillipe
31/10/2018 12:42 | Bought some today...did well before from 8p to 40p. BV tech are fully supportive of the company and this was over 200 pence just over a year ago. So a punt but a fair one at this level. | barnetpeter
11/10/2018 10:54 | up 23% on a few buys...Hmmm Interesting! | jasonavfc19
05/10/2018 14:25 | Another of Skidmore's disastrous ramps ...... Q | quidzinn
02/10/2018 07:22 | Blue.......it opened -40%! How does that work on FA trades??? | cudmore
16/7/2018 18:14 | Watch this space, no mention of a placing, just that DFX were in advanced discussions with BVT. “the Company is in advanced discussions with BV Tech S.p.A, the Company's majority shareholder, to secure funding to assist the Company in meeting its working capital requirements.“ | wordog
16/7/2018 17:32 | Short the life out of it. No one trusts the directors so cash will have to be at 5p or less | a2584728
16/7/2018 15:28 | Same here mate, even my 10p average on a free carry is looking precarious. Lets see what comes out of the wash, really thought they would have drawn a line under this and moved on, in particular securing some new deals through existing BVTech customers. | wordog |
