I've just had a look now and the offer shares are now properly showing on my account. I think they have been put into the account at sometime after the close of business today,

They are available to sell from tomorrow onwards, as far as I can see.

I received my Basic 1 for 3, plus 30.95% of the excess which for I applied - if those details are helpful to anyone.

I'll probably hold in anticipation of more excitement going forward, in the near future.

Yes got them around 3.30, just over 90% of 60000. Sell was around 26p at time so not tempted to offload any. Suspect tomorrow could be similar so looking for rise next week, not sure what I could be tempted at

I don’t think you can’t sell them before listing, unless someone corrects me?

My take is that PIs will/have been selling shares they already own now equal to
the amount of shares @8p that they will receive.
i.e. If you own 20K shares now, then sell them now @30p+ with the knowledge that the
20K shares @8p will arrive shortly to replace them. How could you lose?
That is what I would do.
And I'm sure the MMs will be well aware of this. Hence the drop.

Big delayed buy of £14k from 240pm. Around time of drop. Said earlier they filling order

OMG Shirley not again , its a placement of shares day mm's always rout out the weak and make a quick buck on these days. Buys were more than sells. Expect rally up on T/O talk from tomorrow

Will hold off from buying if PIs have shed loads of shares to offload when theyre
getting them at 8p.
I suspect some are already offloading in anticipation of their shares arriving.
I know I would be.
It explains the drop on small volume.

Open offer for existing shareholders only, BV Tech took 80% of them, increasing their net holding to over 50%, they are now the majority shareholder and can buy more at market prices without making a general offer for the company. Essentially Defenx is pretty much part of the BV Tech group and will benefit from the support that they will bring.

Just been having a quick look at this drop.
Am I correct in assuming that a lot of folks on here are getting some shares at 8p
per share(for reasons that I'm not clear about),
Could anyone explain the reason for these 8p shares.

Yes maybe but for a quick bid following the recent performance of the BDO I think 60 would be a way to be rid of them
