24/4/2018 06:32 | they called 12p pretty bang on last time. | ![]() wordog
24/4/2018 05:54 | Barclays told me that they pooled all of the excess requests from their clients together into a single purchase. I’ve not applied for an excess on an open offer before, I’ll wait and see what it converts to in the account. At the moment I have 3 lines under DFX, normal, entitled and excess. I was told these would merge into a single total when the shares are issued and that I would get the full amount requested. I’ll wait and see on Thursday. | ![]() wordog
23/4/2018 22:27 | Re; what you reckon you've got, based on what your broker a/c shows. Your broker will first park your funds for whatever you have applied for, so you can't use the £££ Later the new shares for which you applied will appear on your account, sometimes before the allocation is fully known..... from my past experiences. You will definitely get your "Basic" 1 for 3 shares, but the "Extra's" which you may have applied for will be fulfilled to the extent by which the whole Extra's offer is oversubscribed and a deduction may be applied. In this DFX case, you get 29.4% of the Extra shares applied for, except that if you are in a nominee account, such as Barclays for example, there may be other Extra shares which for whatever reason have not been fully taken up by other holders of your same nominee a/c provider. In which case your share of the Extra's may be increased. I think what I write from past experience, is correct, but please do your own checking. gla, f | ![]() fillipe
23/4/2018 20:54 | shirley are you for real if takeover share price will rally , and i think its expected as share price already started to rally with more to come | ![]() petebarnes1
23/4/2018 19:58 | If it gets taken over.. Suspension for a few months.. Don't get locked in on T trades but apart from that worth a dabble | ![]() shirley83
23/4/2018 19:51 | 62% of shares are in directors hands as of Thursday, including BV Tech and excluding IIs and other larger holders. Therefore, as of Friday less than 38% of shares are in free float, about 10.7mil shares maximum. That’s still not a huge amount up for grabs, if some get flipped then the orders will be fills with new investors hoping for a full take over. All in my opinion, exciting times. | ![]() wordog
23/4/2018 19:40 | Watch peeps load up. | fatslag69
23/4/2018 19:37 | 4 million.. Watch it drop | ![]() shirley83
23/4/2018 19:36 | The new shares are not admitted until thursday. I doubt a sharp dip as the numbers are not that big and most went to BV tech anyway. They have now invested a lot of money in this and at 25 times the placing price. | ![]() barnetpeter
23/4/2018 19:30 | Wrong shirley.most of them are locked in.. see the rns. bv tech took most. only 4m taken up by PI. | fatslag69
23/4/2018 19:28 | Nice but 15 million shares at 8p..someone will be selling.. | ![]() shirley83
23/4/2018 19:27 | This will open up and fresh investors will pile in imho. This is ripe for a takeover now at a big premium to today’s closing price. The profit takers are out imho and the wise ones are holding. | ![]() cudmore
23/4/2018 19:18 | My guess, for what it’s worth. I think we will see a few shares get flipped as people take profits and the free float shares will change hands to new investors. Sharp dip followed by recovery by the weekend. Either way I holding, this has a lot more to go in the coming months. | ![]() wordog

23/4/2018 18:43 | Wordog, did you really get 100% of the excess shares you applied for? I still haven't managed to get definitive word from Barclays. But given the RNS I suspect I didn't get what I applied for. | levkowitz
23/4/2018 17:28 | STRONG chance of takeover now | ![]() wordog
23/4/2018 17:27 | RNS Key Points. Barclays told me i got all my excess, this says i should only have 29% of the excess, i'll see in the morning, fingers crossed. "We are pleased to have today finalised the Fundraising, which we believe was the best opportunity available to the Company to allow it to continue trading and start to implement its new Defenx 2020 strategy. We would like to thank our shareholders for their support in the Open Offer and we look to the future of Defenx with confidence." As a result, 1,681,634 Open Offer Shares were available under the Excess Application Facility and valid acceptances were received in respect of 5,710,211 Excess Open Offer Entitlements, representing excess applications of approximately 240 per cent. above those available under the Excess Application Facility. Accordingly, each Qualifying Shareholder applying for Excess Open Offer Entitlements will be scaled back and will receive approximately 29.4 per cent. of their excess application pursuant to the Excess Application Facility. BV Tech subscribed for 10,564,676 Subscription Shares and has been allotted 1,212,212 Open Offer Shares. Accordingly, following Admission, BV Tech will be interested in 15,413,526 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 54.74 per cent. of the Company's Enlarged Share Capital. On Admission, as the Ordinary Shares in which BV Tech will be interested together carry more than 50 per cent. of the voting rights in the Company, it will therefore be free to increase its aggregate holding of Ordinary Shares without any obligation to make a general offer for the Company under the provisions of Rule 9 of the City Code. | ![]() wordog

23/4/2018 17:20 | Mm’s blocking buys but allowing investors to sell is fraud in my eyes. The rise today would have been +50% imho if we could buy. Dropping the bid scared a few into selling, hence playing the perfect game for the mm’s. Glad I managed to get in last week. Should see some more upwards movement again tomorrow if the mm’s play ball! | ![]() cudmore |
