10/3/2015 07:38 | Trading up date around the 25th March, new contracts, profit for 2015, poss Divi. Powering on. The DCD Media Board has taken the appropriate steps to restructure operations, to focus more on the international rights business while taking action to mitigate the risks inherent in the challenging production environment. We are now anticipating an expansion of the rights business into lucrative genres which will help to exploit the maximum value from our rapidly growing library. The outlook in the short to medium term is encouraging, being content rich in distribution; the foundation is laid for accelerated growth. We are also well-placed now to benefit from the array of broadcaster engagements in the production division, having adjusted the cost base and focused attention on business winners. These developments, we believe, position DCD Media well for a return to profitability | cgod

05/3/2015 16:03 | I get the distinct impression now, after following this before buying in Nov last year, that there are so few PI's in this that it is not really cost effective or worth the companies time keeping us informed regularly. I am sticking with it but getting the feeling that it may slip further on scant news flow. A pity... Dyor. Anyone else of the same opinion?? | stonesp2

26/2/2015 08:48 | It is amazing when you click on this link to their catalogue... There are 52 pages with 10 productions per page. And many of those productions are multiple part seies (6 x 60 mins, 20 x 30 mins etc) And some are multiple series i.e The Fat Doctor Series 1 - 5 HD / 41 x 60' Electric Sky for Discovery Home & Health and UKTV. - (There's 41 hours of broadcasting in just that one offering) With more and more digital TV channels appearing and more and more video streaming services coming online this stuff will be in big demand.
