71.7m shares listed + 25.6m unlisted A shares(owned by the former pension scheme) which rank equally to listed shares.

£8Mill plus cash say £9.2Mill / 97.3Mill shares = 10.6 pence per share

well it's made a breakout to a one year high more or less, which isn't unexpected on a bid right down here imo.

I don't see how with £1.7m cash, profitble at all three divisions and on a PE of 4 with the cash striped out even after this rise that they can possibly sell out at just 12p.

Remember the pension fund has 10% of the shares too now, the staff are not going to want their pension shares stolen off them on the cheap imo.

Think wins must have been net short or something. I agree with cammy3 there, best to sit tight stay in and relax. See how this pans out.

£1.7m net cash I think, and rising.

Strip the cash out and the PE is just 4 at a 7p share price.

Yea £8 Million for the business should do it I guess circa 12p but who knows.

Hope I'm not having these stolen off me at 12p when the company has just turned the corner Cammy.

Market cap at 12p would be just about £8m, you could never set up a company with 3 businesses like this for £8m.

They even have the pension sorted too with the pensioners having agreed and taken equity instead.

12p would be robbery imo - on a PE of 7 here @ 7p
