Majority buys again on PLUS and just one sell...was out all day since lunchtime but will see in the morning if it is still just JEFF again on the offer and continuing shaking. Most have missed the 400,000 buy at 3.10p last Monday - one of the highest size buys in DANKA in 2007.

Sirmark - another one for the filtered book...rather be a holder in DNK than in dogs like SEO and ETQ....you must have got many smelly fingers with those two stocks.

L2 is 2 v 1 with still just JEFF on 3.20p. Nothing on the order book!

Dejmin...you're using the currency exchange which I don't agree should be used. If someone offers 50 million for the company tomorrow then both the mkt caps on both of the exchanges would be the same and the LSE price would surely not be worked out using how many dollars the pound fetches.

Chancer your math is wrong. If 1 ADR=4 LSE then $0.22 ADR is(£.0285*1.98)*4=$0.225 LSE

ADVFN still does NOT have the correct number of shares in issue. The correct number of shares in issue is 259 million and not 372 million. The ADR's on the OTC exchange have now a mkt cap of 13.93m.......

64.58m ADR's in issue * 4 = 259 million shares in issue on the LSE. 1 ADR is equivalent to 4 shares on the LSE.


The LSE mkt cap is just 8.42m. The LSE mkt cap is imo way undervalued and the same mkt cap should be shown on both exchanges and if that was the case then the current price should be around 4.75-5.00p.

Up 6.98% on the OTC exchange on just 19K in volume...moving the price up on smallest of buys. IMO something brewing with the way the price has behaved here on the LSE as well. We had the 400,000 buy at 3.10p at this level on Monday which was one of the largest buys in DANKA this year. Any selling since the rise to 4.50p have been for 50,000 shares or less. That says alot in my book!

Just JEFF on 3.25p again and 50k at 3.30p and other MMs on 3.50p...JEFF continue to be the only MM desperately after stock.

Good luck Chancer, I hope it all works out for you. Personally, I don't think the price will go anywhere short-term and long-term there is no shareholder value. The debt exceeds the value of the company and regardless of takeover / turnaround, this will remain the case.
