Someone had to pay 3.13p for 30,000 shares...only buy today. Enough to make KBC move back up to 3.25p from 3p and still just JEFF on 3.20p now.

Couple of sells on PLUS...just KBC on 3p then JEFF on 3.20p, WINS & EVO on 3.50p. Bad move imo selling at these levels!

First time seen some after hours trades put through on the OTC exchange:

Rise was short lived on the OTC exchange...just 94K traded and same movement like here at the moment with price up and down on each buy and sell. Not long to wait for Q3 figures!

Cheers. Had the rise to 4.50p from when I first recommended these at 3p but alot more to come hopefully. Q3 results out in February!

Thanks for that Simon. But as I've said the falls have been because of de-listing and will happily hold my 100K at 3p average for my short term target of 7-8 pence. Still not many have noticed the 400K buy at 3.10p last Monday!!!

Chancer. If there are 64.58m ADRs then at $0.20 = $12.916,000 or £6.555,347. So with 259m shares the Market Cap in £ £7.122.500. In short therefore the market value is more on the LSE than it is on the USBB. dyor

ADVFN still does NOT have the correct number of shares in issue. The correct number of shares in issue is 259 million and not 372 million. The ADR's on the OTC exchange have now a mkt cap of 13.93m.......

64.58m ADR's in issue * 4 = 259 million shares in issue on the LSE. 1 ADR is equivalent to 4 shares on the LSE.


The LSE mkt cap is just 8.42m. The LSE mkt cap is imo way undervalued and the same mkt cap should be shown on both exchanges and if that was the case then the current price should be around 4.75-5.00p.

The ADR's use to be listed on the NASDAQ exchange and were de-listed hence the severe falls from 10p and likewise over there. They now trade on the OTC exchange. 4 ADR's equates to one LSE share and the LSE listing is the primary listing. They are now showing 64.78m shares in issue on the ADR's which is equivalent to the 259 million shares in issue on the LSE though there mkt cap is 12.96m against our 7.39m.
