21/8/2002 09:48 | 'Phook' me you bonehead...look up the meaning of veiled...the word Traditional being the veil......LOL | ![]() forfaiter
21/8/2002 09:45 | Phook, I would never suggest such a thing, although he did ask if I remembered the 1930's. LOL | smoketrader
21/8/2002 09:43 | smoke you suggesting ff is a boring old fart ? LOL | phook inell
21/8/2002 09:42 | My old Latin teacher used to call everyone "bonehead" | smoketrader
21/8/2002 09:42 | matt how market makers work and keep their books in order is a fascination. But if you were around last week and beyound, there were 100s of 1000s of sells being absorbed by market makers, without a nudge in the price downwards. Trying to fathom out market maker activity is really futile especially when over 85% of stock is in ADR form. Rest assured todays 300k trade was a buy and it was done at precisely 8:01am. The machinations of market makers is hard to understand. | phook inell
21/8/2002 09:38 | No axe to grind and nothing personal against danka/danky.All here to make money. phook inell, make it 154,395 traded at 42p or less yesterday.Beggars the question where did the other 145,605 come from ? On that basis why would mms apparently be happy selling at a loss? Why not an immediate mark up ? is it or is it not a ploy to suck in more buyers ? questions, questions, maxbubble, Forfaiter's £1.20 is only 20p short of Oaklandsway's £1.00!Whose ramping ? I believe that ff sold at 86p for 1000% profit;others had the same equal opportunity to bank profits. Oaklandsway posts that he regularly trades in this stock banking profits. Why bash ff and not Oaks? All rather one sided and hypocritical if you ask me.imho,dyor. | ![]() matt1231
21/8/2002 09:38 | forfaiter post : 8505 the word "traditionally" does in not imply a warning. A warning is just that, a surprise that is unexpected. Something that is known can hardly be called a warning, can it ? | phook inell
21/8/2002 09:34 | ff if it does, so be it... will buy more then. and whats it with you and the word "bonehead" ? you cant stop writing a sentence without including that word. some sort of fettish ? LOL | phook inell
21/8/2002 09:33 | Max...looks like a veiled profit warning to me ...using the traditionally weak quarter as the excuse.......... | ![]() forfaiter
21/8/2002 09:26 | You boneheads better pray the 40p level holds...otherwise you will be looking at 25p.....LOL | ![]() forfaiter
21/8/2002 09:23 | matt1231 rise to 86p was because ff (the great one!!) trying to ramp it up to £1.20 ...lol | ![]() maxbubble
21/8/2002 09:20 | matt it was a buy this morning, done at 8:01am. Delayed 1 hour in display. I confirmed it with my broker. The time displayed (eg 8:01am) is the time the trade was done. | phook inell
21/8/2002 09:16 | With fall back from 86p glass is obviuosly half full. Can't be sure that 300K is not a sell c/f from yesterday.Academic really, with lots of cheap shares on their hands cannot rule out that market makers may want to reward continued buying with a mark up in share price. You pays your money and makes your own choices.Good luck in whatever you do.imho. | ![]() matt1231
21/8/2002 09:12 | soon have another stock purchase announcement!!!! | ![]() maxbubble
21/8/2002 09:05 | is the emphasis on "traditionally"??? its possible that last qtr was the weakest and revenue 2nd qtr may just be flat q on q - but greater profits!!!! - is the glass half empty or half full? | ![]() maxbubble

21/8/2002 08:58 | ''We are pleased with the progress we made this quarter WHICH SHOULD help us as we move into our second quarter, which is traditionally our weakest quarter on a seasonal basis''....LL Hardly a vote of confidence........or a reason to rush out and buy the stock.....LOL | ![]() forfaiter
