Are you holding at the mo? you are right this is a close call especially with the timing of this CC ie; 30 mins to decide and then we are back in the lap of the Yanks again, and the fed!!! Hmmmm

Personally, I disposed of a bunch yesterday @47p, keeping a core holding.

The reasons for this were:
1) Ridiculously low turnover in the US
2) Interest Rate uncertainty
3) Previous CC's have resulted in a drop straight afterwards.

I will wait to see how things unfold, but will certainly increase holding when the above have been clarified for me.
I would love to see a breakout from the 52/53p resistance in order to get some momentum going. All imo, dyor etc

Appears to me that mms have done everything to tease out sellers whilst stand off exists between buyers and shorters.Agree with two previous posts; logical reasons for mms to accumulate shares on this scale are (i) for an Institutional buyer (ii) expectation of strong rally or (iii) perhaps a combination of (i) & (ii).imho,dyor.

lex, also note that the mm's picked the majority of shares up on 8th for 46p, they are going to need the price to rise to make any decent money on these, current offer price 46.5p, I expect they are hoping to offload these at much higher prices!!! JMO

mms soaked up 476K sells 8/8/02 plus over 100K so far today, yet the bid remains firm on 45p.Why ?

this equates to approx 400k volume stateside. Notice also that after MLSB its BGMM again....

these guys must have a huge wedge of these at the mo imo.

sure are offering over the bid and mms are no fools, believe me,amyhow looking to 7 months from now towards end of 3rd quarter and real value of dnk will unfold surely and strongly, holding long and strong

a 75,000 sell at 9:24. seller even got a 0.5p premium to the bid. Market Makers happy to take in the stock.

I seem to remember on the last CC they also mentioned new deals in the pipeline, nothing has materialised since then, maybe we could hear something along those lines too!!
