I nearly told then that the oxford dictionary was going to remove gullable from their issues as of next month.

ps got my eye on EID at the mo. Looks to have a bunch of indicators on the turn. Interesting trading happening and L2 looks promising for a change. (results sept). Next dip below 90 and I may go in. Trades as EIDSY stateside if anyone is interested. (ps that chart looks horrendous (well it did last week)). I have an eye open for 14:30 edit.....ps plsy dyor all imo of course.

A h&s is usually only a valid signal after an uptrend, and is a reversal rather than a continuation pattern. The yanks keep going on about the dubya, it looks to me like a target for a breakout from this is around $3.50, I'm not sure what that works out as over here but probably around 60p. A close below the centre peak at $2.75 would be a failed breakout and would negate the pattern.

The price is now basically constrained between $2.65 (around the 200-day EMA) and $3.00 so I would view a close through either of these levels as an indication of the short-term direction. Looking at the chart I think if it drops below $2.65 it's back down to $2.00. Otherwise a break above the strong resistance at $3.00 and the 50dma and we could be back to $3.75-$4.00. IMHO.

could be onto something there mr/mrs sig. must point out though that looking form the bounce at the begining of july it looks like 1 shoulder has formed and the top of the head is nearly there. Now if she rises then fine no h&s , however if she drops then we would have to wait a littl while to see if the secon shoulder forms.

just an observation, would like to hear others' comments.

BB check the charts on the link you posted above, see the "w" forming if and that is a big if,the "w" is completed the price could be around .60+, dyor maybe ff or smoketrader care to comment.
