I guess one thing in Dank's favour is the debt management of last year or two. It has made the books very transparent and there shouldn't be any accountancy surprises.

a weak dollar will aid Danka. Danka exports a large percentage of its products and services to Europe and elsewhere. After reading the last set of accounts, they actually welcome a weak dollar.

phook inell, your post 6520 makes the case that perhaps the FT should have rated them as highly risky vis-vis drop from 50.5p down to offer 33p! Reason why I consider them lower risk in low 40's.I'm long on Danka.imho,dyor.
