look at tradetek.com they expect this baby to fly in the next few days,i think we will see $6 by the end of the week if tradetrek are right and so far over the last few months they have been spot on

Cinoib - lol. No problem, only 2 or 3 days of the week, rest of time very close to home. Travel and hassle well worth it, and no car costs ( except Mr Tax ), moving at the mo, but still where I am as love it ( Cambridge area ). Cheers for concern though.

I am quite happy with last quarter profit margin and still enough room to increase the revenue. A director dealing with growth had been appointed to replace COO who will retire soon. This indicates better long term target & strategy for the company.

Share option plans will generate more cash. Profit per share could reduce (dilution) but Danka is growing every quarter and the debt is reducing significantly because they have more cash to pay. So, the new share does not always dilute the shareholder value if the profit growth rate and debt reduction rate are high. The share option plan is released at the right time, when Danky is about re-join Nasdaq main index with share price at around $5.

No wonder if brokers will start rating "buy" when Danky reach $7-$10 per share like what Lehman did to IKN at around $13 per share (P/E ratio about 17).

I still can see that the ship is going to the north direction. Happy investing & trading.

Re Employee Share Option Plans
The cost to the company of issuing these shares is minimal, merely their nominal par value. The cost to the shareholders is, as you say, dilution; however the shares will not be given to the employees for many years so this dilution can largely be discounted, I for one will probably not be in Danka then.

This news appeared in late trading yesterday in the U.S.

Any comments on it's significance - is this regarded as positive, surely to just issue more shares devalues the others or is it seen as positive as they are for incentives. How are they paid for?

Informed comment would be apprieciated

This share is this years and last years biggest performer, even more profitable than EIC was cause of the spread. Danka has done a performance that is highly crinimal to this kind of market and should be suspended for such rises on hype on hype. Kewil and Motion Media seem to be going the same way, its just not fair. Whats wrong with Scoot.com, that was once over £3, just need to rename them Danka.com.

I beleive that £1 is not the test as this stock's main market is in dollars.
$5 has been breached,so $6 is the next hurdle- that,s 20% up from here.

Nas down 50pt DANKY UP 37c having touched just above $5 several times

Dependant on press coverage over the weelend, but based on US close should open at 85p on Monday

This is the critical threshold; orbit above $5.00 for 90 days and its bye bye to the world of Small Caps hullo Main Market. Then various institutions will be able to pile in and we can all celebrate the donkey's trip to the stars.
