leeds-Yes I ask why he stepped down from Directex,he said he did it because he knew his resolutions had been defeated.I also asked who instigated his appointment,Ben Good said that he did,as we were at a meeting to uphold Ben Good I decided not to press it further.

think i'd be happy with paper in Mission, on a long term basis or, a fight back and future independence for D1.
Myerson may be a bit of a bad blazer in some way but, now he's failed to get what he wants here, his gaols for his shareholding are now more aligned with the bod & I doubt he'd cut of his nose, so to speak. Still v much to play for here

The Mission deal is based on £16m at 'the prevailing price at the time of a firm offer', so not worth 20% less (for now anyway!).

LOL the paper offer from Mission New Energy is already worth about 20% less given their share price performance and imagine how much lower their shares could go if they issue a whole load more ?
