I understand he is very interested in the area of Bio Fuels so one assumes he has a game plan. What that is I have no idea, perhaps he has a private Bio Fuel company and wants to reverse it in ...

solarno - true, Teeling still owns less than 5%, but seems willing to carry on buying at 4.25p. He seems to be a successful guy, I just can't work out what he sees in DOO. For the record I hold 100,000 (at an average of 13p grrr!). If Teeling wasn't buying I would have sold by now.

Don't think so. We all recall the time the Directors were spouting about two bids and this was merely to put pressure on Myerson and keep shareholders in line.

However the latest statement is exceptionally weak on information in relation to a bid.

Therefore I would conclude it will be a re-financing as opposed to a takeover.

Teeling cannot block Myerson, but Myerson can block any special resolution with his 27%

Teeling is going to become the blocker to Myersons vote WHEN the new bidders are put forth.
Hence why he keeps buying.

I have now read the interims twice and still don't know what to make of it. The company is clearly in a catch 22 situation and it cannot go on indefinitely.
There are clearly different parts to the business and I wonder if the sum of the parts are greater than the whole.
They state they will need funding next year prior to achieving positive cash flow, but if Principal Capital do not agree, where do go from there.
The current share price reflects the NA's of the company, although I am sure their know-how and patents on the 'feed-cakes' are worth substantial sums.
Greater minds than mine will no doubt sort it out, and in the meantime I will retain my investment, as I still believe in the worth of the renewable sector.

Liarspoker proved right again - another 73k for Mr Teeling at 4.25. He's got a good broker, that was the lowest price traded yesterday and they looked like sells at the time.

He'd better be careful though, at this rate he'll be spending more on RNSes than buying the shares... (they're about £200 odd I think).
