19/11/2009 13:03 | Very tight spread; 40p to sell, 40.25 to buy... | horsepower
18/11/2009 16:57 | The interims have been in the first week of December every year for the last three years so why are any of you saying they are delayed ?? Does anyone have a direct contact number for the Chairman who we pay handsomely though ?? | davidosh
18/11/2009 15:37 | Let us see indeed By gum | restassured
18/11/2009 15:35 | Lol - cant you read restassured? | cheshiremoggie
18/11/2009 15:22 | A profit warning coming? Let us see why they delayed | restassured
18/11/2009 15:14 | Exatly sing. Why dont we wait until the announcement of the date of the interims (its not even the actual results for pete sake) is overdue, say, by 10 days after the latest date of the past 5 years before starting to speculate as to the reason. Speculating about the non-arrival of an announcement that isnt even overdue is a bit silly. restassured - TFC's fleet business is up 20% according to its announcement - why wouldnt Cybit be similar? CM. | cheshiremoggie
18/11/2009 14:55 | did you not read this ? sdavis - 18 Nov'09 - 11:16 - 26719 of 26731 2 years ago they gave the interims date on 19th Nov. So not late yet. | singinsmythe
18/11/2009 13:06 | A warning not to have blind fath in directors, especially ones that are over paid. They are cearly more concened with their own interests. Late statements are usually bad news. | restassured
18/11/2009 12:50 | The only way to assure rest. restassured - 18 Nov'09 - 11:50 - 26728 of 26729 (Filtered) | bonio10000
18/11/2009 12:44 | Restassured - What are your intentions here? | sanity
18/11/2009 11:50 | A late statement usually heralds a profit warning. I have 25 years in the market to make that judgement. Don't be so sure your company has escaped the recession. The fleet market is a blood bath in the U.K. These could fall to 20p in a shot | restassured
18/11/2009 11:47 | Did you get out of TFC at 40p? What is the price now? Are Cybit in the consumer market which is down 25% at TFC? Are Cybit in the business market that is up 20% at TFC? Anything COULD happen with these small companies. All you can do is look at the facts and make your best guess. CM. | cheshiremoggie
18/11/2009 11:40 | Oh yes it could. However they could be working on how to make the statement look better than a train wreck Better to be out with your cash safe, you can always get back in. If it plummets, your cash is gonzo. I note with alarm, the very high level of pay for the directors for this size company | restassured
18/11/2009 11:38 | We will just have to wait and see. It could be an acquisition is holding things up or they could be going bust or it might be any number of other reasons including perfectly innocuous ones. I dont know. CM. | cheshiremoggie
18/11/2009 11:38 | Sometimes we need to focus on return of capital, let alone return on capital. Ask Aero invesntory shareholders what that meas. | restassured
18/11/2009 11:32 | So why late with their statement?????? Late statements always worry me. Guess what? Usually for good reason. | restassured
18/11/2009 11:25 | So restassured do you see 8p a coming? | hanglider
18/11/2009 11:23 | Interims were on 2nd December last year - though date was announced by 12th Nov. Anybody contaced Cybit to find out what the score is this year? | evaluate
18/11/2009 11:16 | 2 years ago they gave the interims date on 19th Nov. So not late yet. | sdavis
18/11/2009 10:48 | Industry clearly no doing very well. Never a good sign when they are late. If a company has something good to say, they can't wait to tell the market. Watch out! | restassured
17/11/2009 19:22 | The AGM this year, which sadly I could not attend due to a diary clash, did not (in the formal announcement, anyway) give any numeric guidance as to this year's performance. In that respect, we are somewhat blind. I suspect that we shall be "broadly in line" with the annual (broker forecast) track and that there will not as such be 'mega growth' above last year's performance, which benefitted from acquisitions etc. Cost economies and rationalisation benefits (new condensed offices, platforms, technical facilities etc) should however be starting to make a meaningful impact in P&L terms. Cash performance will also be interesting to disect. Any thoughts, any one? steve | sll
17/11/2009 11:06 | Aye but what will those results reveal ? No surprises methinks. Fred. | flatoutfred
17/11/2009 09:36 | I wouldn't read anything into that, sd, they are only a week or so behind last year's schedule. | sll
17/11/2009 09:34 | after hours tonight is my bet ....quietly announcing 2 weeks before results, under the radar and a short enough time to avoid too much ramping..... remember they do not want PI's. All IMVHO | tehart |
