Shame that. I guess we can expect continued failure and a share price that only goes one way then. Never mind though because we are world leading. So when the share price gets to 0p we can be proud to be part of a successful global leader.

"closely involved as the company has grown ..." This really is the stuff of fairy tales and unicorns. Grown to what? A world leading basket case. These people have IMO been on the payroll way way too long. Let's hope this new guy can see how inept things are and get rid of the dead wood.

Difficult to work out who's been giving Heather one. Sure it was powlett-jones who forced SS out.

You can always get income tax relief on sale of subscribed shares. What is more intriguing is my understanding that directors cannot claim EIS.

"Complimentary skills to the board ..." There is no humility with the cyan big hitters. Just exactly what skills do the board have (excluding the recent appointees)? Skilled at share value destruction, calling things wrong so many times oh and let's not forget trousering s load of cash for these top notch skills.

.....just a further indication that the larger shareholders are taking more of a grip - especially in relation to financial management.

But then read on about Powell's £500k EIS investment in the company in this poorly written RNS that has not been made due to the company not keeping track of whether it qualifies for EIS relief or not. Of course EIS allows to to write off duff investments against gains elsewhere....

Powell - significant shareholder - appointed to the board for no remuneration.

Probably shoehorned his way onto the board to find out what the hell is happening to his investment. Should be fun in the board room.

Down again and on contract news with zero mention of money.

It's almost as if everyone's become cynical towards this world beating mesh grid thingy.

Cant think why.

I am not so sure they could sell the peanut shells. Selling is not what they are good at. They are adept at failing though so that is something worth bigging up :-)

And down we go again. So why exactly are these people still in jobs?

Hi Owenski ....I think the Peanuts would have already been eaten and only the shells left, if cyCON play their cards right they could sell the Peanut shells to "The Raffles Hotel" and make more Peanuts.

I think the share price is heading for a new low.

The reasons are clear to me......and I don't think it needs explaining.

Those on the LSE are cottoning on.

AIMO as ever. ADYOR ARYOC.

Rgds.

Oh. Thanks. That's alright then. For a minute there I thought cyan might not see the millions of real money from the uk previously bigged up. Sounds like it's all on course and everything is tickety boo :-) This time next year the share price could be £10. In fact IMO an ambitious and capable team would have a £10 (~ £1 billion company) target.

Btw £10 is only 5p in old money. Not a tall ask but cyan struggled to even stay and hold above 2/10ths of 1p back then. Now about 1/20th of 1p in old money.

I don't think Cyan have anything to do with the Phase 1 smart meters that are being heavily criticised. Their tech is in the Phase 2 meters for which the rollout has been delayed twice. Since it resolves a number of the problems identified, the sooner the Phase 2 rollout starts, the better.

LBC 7.32am - Negative news report on UK smart meter roll out. Non savings for consumers and hardware problems.

Don't shoot the messenger!
