realist1950, I was agreeing with your statement "I believe in any other company, given the last set of results, there would have been resignations".

Sorry CT, I was referring to JC helping himself to bonuses and his £80K back pay before the opportunity to do so evaporates.

ITT

I think JC and "his" senior team should be applauded at the AGM. I propose a slow hand clap to thank them for the never ending failure. Though I guess if you are trousering a couple of hundred grand a year that is not failures

This AGM will be great. Do cyan lay on busses between their office and the train station?

The latter.

Oh? Have you bought back in ITT? Or are you talking insolvency?

davep4 - in what way do you think "I'm right" regarding resignations? Ie that there wont be any? That there 'can't' be any? Or there will be?

I don't think I've committed myself in any one way in my post.

Thanks.

You've just got to hand it to Cronin having the bottle to have taken those bonuses. That must take some special kind of self perception.

I believe in any other company, given the last set of results, there would have been resignations.

I can't help but look at the financials snapshot (below the graph, above) with a kind of morbid fascination:

£11.4 Million loss. Revenue £1.17.

Marry that to directors pay, including taking money for services apparently rendered in previous tax years.

It's kind of unreal.

But the structure of the shareholding here means there is no real pressure on the management; it's unlikely any of the key personnel can or will be sacked.

Once again people are selling in the 7ps in order to get shot of any volume.

Stock looking very weak.

£57M?!! £1.17M revenue!!! That is shocking. Seriously WTF has been going on at this company?!!

No harm done I guess, we are world leaders afterall and have a top drawer team.

The following post stood out to me a few weeks back:

A staggering £57m of cash has been thrown into this business over the years to generate £1.17m of revenue - unbelievable. I would say Ken was better at running a business than John, but he wasn't. Same sort of promises year after year.

Christ, 4/100ths of a penny. I remember selling some of these at 1.05p.

No, let's all look forward to a bright future for cyan. Let's see if the options get priced down again to something pathetic. Then based on form we can be pretty confident the savvy team won't hit the price :-)

Btw now .04p (that's 4 hundredths of 1p in old money!!!) on the bid. In case anyone forgets this is down over 90% since JC arrived. Nice work if you can get it. So even if this climbed to 80p the bod would have nothing to brag about.

Lost a third of it's value in less than a month. But, you shouldn't look back to see where this is going.

But if they're going to sack world leading people, surely a fundraising would be needed for that ? I mean they're going to get bumper packages surely ?

I don't know why people always quote funds investing as a positive - it would be more relevant to say that a load of pi's have invested (multiple lots of research using their own money).

The only time I've seen a negative comment on a fund investing was Blackrock, because someone previously got the 'ump about them shorting one of their other investments.

At £6k/m, that's 30 employees! Maybe they're shutting down Sweden office, won't be cheap

Maybe its resignations... were the bonuses high enough to keep the world leading talent ?
