                POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT & ACCOUNTS, AGM AND EGM


Culver Holdings plc, the listed insurance broking group, announces that its
Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2006 has been posted
to shareholders. The document includes notice of the Annual General Meeting of
the Company to be held on 31 May 2007 and of an Extraordinary General Meeting to
be held on the same day to consider changes to the Company's Articles of
Association which would enable the Company to use electronic means of
communication with those shareholders who so wished.


The Annual Report and Accounts, the document describing the change to the
Articles and the notices convening the meetings are available on the Company
website, www.culver-holdings.com and can be obtained from the Company's
registered office, Llanmaes, St Fagans, Cardiff CF5 6DU. Copies have also been
