08/6/2006 19:08 | Also recent institutional buying at 65p. These appear to be very good value right now. Price is near the lower end of a 3 year trading range, whilst fundamentals look to be powering on. P/E around 8 for forecast growth of about 40% this year and next. Dividends likely to commence in 2006/2007. Results due later his month too. | luafc
08/6/2006 16:33 | Also bought 1k at 55p... assuming the recent ts is correct, i think these look cheap on a p/e of less than 10 at results. Plus the recent director buying was a key bull sign for me... | supreme mo
08/6/2006 12:13 | My trade has shown up... got a 10a at 56p, very very hard to deal... i would bet wins have a buyer... when my broker rang up to get a price, they bid 52.5 for a 10a and offered 60p!!! All being well, with good news, these could move very sharply! | supreme mo
07/6/2006 16:34 | H this is me, I have tried to buy some of these today (not many) and my broker couldn't get any!! | supreme mo
02/5/2006 08:27 | More director buying. | this_is_me
27/4/2006 08:26 | Yesterday's big trades seem to have had no effect on the price. | this_is_me
18/4/2006 12:39 | So far this looks like a pretty good punt at these levels, only problem is the illiquidity! Dividend to be introduced (that may /should attract some bigger boys?) Have looked back at the last years RNS which seem to carry a bullish pattern throughout...contrac | groats118
18/4/2006 10:49 | Yes completely unknown by the majority, some day word will start to get around and the share price will take off. I have held them for well over a year already - at least that means that I will not pay as much CGT when I do sell. | this_is_me
18/4/2006 08:55 | Refs forward rolling p/e 8.54% Which is excellent. Bridgewell forecasts (with which the company seems comfortable) 5.67p per share for fy 06 and 7.85p for fy 07. all indicators appear to be Green for GO, but dyor etc. Cannot understand drop back after mark up this morning but this share is very illiquid. | pugugly
18/4/2006 08:45 | Turnover for last year just above £18m, market cap, around £10m, dividend starting curent year. | this_is_me
18/4/2006 08:12 | Still ignored despite the good trading statement. | this_is_me

05/8/2005 08:37 | Today's RNS shows that there is excellent growth potential in the application of the software to other markets. | this_is_me
04/8/2005 12:15 | Nice to get the report and accounts through the post, it all still looks promising. | this_is_me
02/8/2005 10:03 | The market seems to be overlooking this excellent small cap software house. It is growing, making good profit and the market cap is less than the turnover. | this_is_me
04/1/2005 19:45 | Good prospects | this_is_me

01/3/2004 12:10 | Hi, Thanks for the info on forecasts. I also dont like the look of the balances sheet. I think the likes of BDI looks a better bet. | hugepants
28/2/2004 06:45 | HugePants Their Broker Williams de Broe were looking for doubled pretax of 800,000 stg. If you don't meet expections as a growth company you get hit for six by the City. May have lots of potential but they ain't delivered its as simple as that. Share price now reflects the reality, so don't expect any fireworks on this one for the next 12 months. | innovation99
26/2/2004 14:23 | From the trading statement: '......Group profits, despite being significantly above those of last year are likely to be below market expectations for the year to 31 March 2004.' Does anyone know what 'market expectations' were for this year? (beats me why they cant include this informaiton in the RNS) | hugepants
20/2/2004 13:27 | Deal no 4 Cross trade of 1,343,331 at 30p Someone does not like and prepared to unload at virtually any price. (imo & dyor) Now what have we missed? | pugugly
19/2/2004 17:43 | does anyone have any forward broker estimates for this one? and some research material etc would be appreciated..looks interesting, dipped in with my wee toe today. thanks in advance. | le turk
19/2/2004 13:23 | Look at the likely forward p/e and do not like the change in accounting policy re "Goodwill" In the preparation of the accounts for the year ended 31 March 2003 the Directors have reviewed the estimate of economic life and concluded that it is now inappropriate. "As a result, goodwill is now assumed to have an indefinite life and the accounts therefore depart from the specific requirement of the Companies Act 1985 Schedule 4:21 to amortise goodwill over a finite life in order to give a true and fair view. This departure is in compliance with FRS 10. Goodwill is now subject to an impairment review annually and whenever events or changes in circumstances indicate that the carrying value may not be recoverable." Too subjective imo.. gives the Directors too much latitude and how is impairment to be judged? | pugugly |
