23/10/2014 16:12 | Yep, gone under 3%.... maybe after pocketing over 6M quid, imo, while at CRE (while shareholders lost money) maybe he is short of a bit of liquidity ?? maybe a new yacht ? renumeration committee at Creston since 2000, what a disaster...... and after the MD and other pocket lots of cash over the years despite poor perf. from the co. ......they wander off (the MD, the chairman, did David C. Marshall also leave)......but shareholders left holding their loss floated at 96p in 2000 !! 14 yrs later and the share price is basically the same....with inflation over 14 yrs that is pretty poor imo... | smithie6
23/10/2014 13:57 | Don selling out! | toffeeman
20/10/2014 09:12 | All looks good, am just wondering how much short term the price is bring buoyed. That might prove wrong if equities bounce back now | madengland
20/10/2014 07:37 | Another 88,000 shares bought back at around 109.3p - that's almost 2.4m in total now: Forecasts are for 12.1p EPS this year (a P/E of 8.9), and these will be more easily achievable now given that 4% of the shares in issue have now been bought back.... | rivaldo
15/10/2014 19:36 | So BB continues to buy, buoying the price. Will this prove wise, or like sports direct buying Tesco? The markets are really jittery and I for one am looking to get back in to CRE sub 100p, preferably 80p. May be a bum call though. :-( | madengland
15/10/2014 15:10 | Oil been dropping for weeks, bond yields and stocks more recently...... Can see CRE taking a 10% drop over next few days. Hope BB is keeping some powder dry for buybacks when the share price lower. #dontswimagainsttide | madengland
13/10/2014 08:40 | Will cre own share transactions be enough to buoy the share price if markets continue to go south. All looking very jittery for reasons we all know. I guess at some point the buybacks will stop also. Will we see cre at a more compelling price before results come along. Seems to me a lot of short term price risks, limited short term upside. Hmm | madengland
02/10/2014 16:35 | And here is that buying opportunity | madengland
30/9/2014 13:04 | Yes me to..... Cannot wait! I am hoping for a buying opportunity before then if we are lucky.Encouraging economic indicators out today.... This sector will start to benefit. Any similar firms reporting pre 25th? | madengland
30/9/2014 09:07 | RNS out - H1 results will be on November 25th (a Tuesday, which is promising!). I'm looking forward to them following the IMS from 31st July: | rivaldo
29/9/2014 08:03 | Transaction in Own Shares Creston plc (LSE: CRE), the international marketing communications group, announces that on 26 September 2014 it purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Group at an average price of 114.0 pence per share, for transfer into treasury. 25/9/2014 18:22 | Try here Madengland.... "Date Event type November 2014 Half Year Results Statement (FY15)" | rivaldo
25/9/2014 09:53 | Thanks Riv, could not find that in their website.... Whereabouts is that date please? | madengland
25/9/2014 08:37 | Indeed bb2. Madengland, yep, 30th September is the interim reporting date and November will see the results announcement. | rivaldo
25/9/2014 08:13 | A tick up and hopefully the next leg up :)) | battlebus2
23/9/2014 16:01 | Riv where did you get the 30th sept interim reporting date? Do you mean the November interim results? | madengland
22/9/2014 07:55 | Another 100,000 shares bought back at 114.5p - they're certainly encouragingly keen to get in as many shares as they can before the 30th September interim reporting date.... | rivaldo
21/9/2014 07:51 | Evidently they did - DBAY appear to be extremely keen on CRE :o)) | rivaldo
20/9/2014 16:30 | ...so...did DBAY buy the shares of FIL AND Havas ?? | smithie6
19/9/2014 07:13 | Yep, the RNS re DBAY Advisers shows them buying up all the FIL shares and quickly moving above 11% with 6.84m shares! What are their intentions - will they move to 20% or more? | rivaldo
18/9/2014 19:32 | There is the buyer then | madengland
17/9/2014 18:23 | Riv...... Well spotted re FIL! It's as you said. | madengland
17/9/2014 10:39 | Expansion at CRE's Liberation agency - note the "new business wins", "recent strong performance", 100% staff retention etc: | rivaldo |
