06/8/2014 14:49 | Nice divi from my spreadbet today | lennonsalive
05/8/2014 09:51 | I don't use L2, but online looks good currently. You can buy a maximum 15k at the full 105p offer, but you can sell more than that at the 104.75p mid-price, which augurs well. | rivaldo
05/8/2014 09:35 | Got l2 that should read! | madengland
05/8/2014 09:28 | Anyone good l2? | madengland
05/8/2014 08:49 | Not much stock available...... Buy before it jumps | madengland
05/8/2014 08:29 | Thanks oooff and Riv | madengland
04/8/2014 16:52 | Creston tipped on advfn share prophets today with a target of £1.50 | oooff
04/8/2014 11:03 | Recall the share buy back was up to 2m shares so about 600k to go. Am looking forward to seeing this share price drift broken, all the ducks seem nicely lined up so it's patience and a bit of topping up here. Gla | madengland
04/8/2014 07:40 | Yes great news Rivaldo. | battlebus2
04/8/2014 07:38 | Good to see another 100k shares bought back in, at 105p - all these buybacks will be starting to nicely benefit EPS this year: | rivaldo
01/8/2014 08:23 | Yes likewise, far too cheap as you say. I can only see 2015 being a great year for them. | battlebus2
01/8/2014 08:20 | Good to see you as always bb2 :o)) Based on over 12p EPS this year, plus the cash pile, one would think CRE should be trading at say 150p now, i.e almost 50% upside. Whereas on a P/E of 8.4, with that strong Balance Sheet, one would think that with the economy in slow upturn there is little downside and likely more upside than even that 150p. And CRE have those niche specialisms in digital media and healthcare which should only continue to thrive. | rivaldo
31/7/2014 19:09 | Joined you here Rivaldo :)) | battlebus2
31/7/2014 12:14 | New report from Edison now out - CRE are on a "deep discount" to the sector on a P/E of just 8.4. And that's without taking into account the £7.5m cash pile! Summary: "Valuation: Deep discount persists The share price remains at a substantial discount to the media agency sector of 32% on calendar 2014 P/E and 33% on EV/EBITDA. This primarily reflects the group's history and current earnings plateau, and gives no credit for the clear strategy now articulated for moving profits and earnings ahead. That now needs to be delivered by the reconfigured management team, alongside continuing strong net new business performance, to help close this valuation gap." | rivaldo
31/7/2014 07:25 | Yes Riv reads well doesn't it. | madengland
31/7/2014 07:10 | Happy with today's IMS: - trading in line with 12.45p EPS expectations - revenues now moving up like-for-like - major client wins at the likes of Unilever, Activision, Bentley, Sony, McCains etc - new acquisitions performing well Good solid stuff. | rivaldo
29/7/2014 15:44 | Nice - 425,000 shares bought today should clear out any sellers. | rivaldo
29/7/2014 12:03 | Consolidating nicely/creeping up prior to the trading statement. Good to see CRE's DJM Digital winning awards and - in particular- growing so fast: Extract: "DJM Digital Solutions was among the winners at the Communiqué Awards 2014 held last week in London. The agency picked up Communiqué Specialist Consultancy of the Year ahead of competition from JMC Partners LLP and MHP Health. Judges were enthusiastic about the "passion and enthusiasm" of DJM, a global digital healthcare communications agency based in London and New York. "We could see solid evidence of growth and profit in a submission that was crackling with innovation and some of the best client references we've seen," said the judges. In the past 18 months, the agency opened a New York office on Fifth Avenue in response to increasing demand for work from existing US clients. Overall, turnover grew by 81 per cent between 2012 and 2013 and DJM's revenue was up by 96 per cent." | rivaldo
25/7/2014 12:46 | Yes thanks for that info Riv. Think those two 30k were buys finally worked and given spread maybe another in pipeline | madengland
25/7/2014 10:46 | Yep, good to see the price ticking up on some quite sizeable trades. I note that the consensus forecasts on Share.com are now 12,45p EPS this year and 13.07p EPS next year, with 4.1p and 4.33p dividends respectively. | rivaldo
25/7/2014 10:05 | A little add pre trading statement me thinks | madengland
23/7/2014 12:19 | Trading statement should be just a few days away now. I note that sales are achieving a decent premium above the bid price. Hopefully we'll see a little buying leading up to the update - and then a whoosh :o)) | rivaldo
07/7/2014 12:12 | Nice 50k buy just reported. Last year's Q1 trading statement was on 29th July, so not long to go. And it should look very good, as last year's was lacklustre before business picked up from thereonin. | rivaldo
03/7/2014 07:35 | The buybacks continue, with a further 25k at 107p just announced this morning. Good to see.... On a current year P/E of just 8.5 based on 12.4p EPS, buybacks are an obvious way of enhancing EPS and shareholder value. And taking the cash pile into account the P/E probably falls to 7.5 or so... | rivaldo |
