STX has started to make the big move I mentioned here 6 days ago and closed comfortably above 10p resistance and up 18% yesterday. Worth a look guys, especially the latest business update RNS but DYOR. Current price 10.65p against up-to-date analyst forecasts between 48-59p.Good to see someuwin invested.This from business update 20/7/23.Cash burn is in line with management expectations, and cash on hand is sufficient to fund operations to cash flow positive by end of 2024 based on internal estimates.

I mentioned STX on this bb previously. Worth a look imo.They had a very encouraging update yesterday and the share price is about to make a big move imo having been stuck in a trading range for months and months. Current share price is 9.3p yet Finncap's target is 59p!FROM yesterdays RNS:The substantial growth in H1 puts Shield on track to meet its 2023 Goal for U.S. Accrufer(R) prescriptions .and cash on hand is sufficient to fund operations to cash flow positive by end of 2024 based on internal estimates.

I think there is a big seller out there who is probably taking profits from the Placing at 20p. Everyday buyers are coming in to take this stock so it is just a matter of time before he is cleared and given recent volumes I think this is close

Two possibilities IMO:

1. An "orderly transfer" between large holders at 35p. The sellers probably took part in the 20p placing, and are happy to sell some or all of their holding at a 75% profit - and who can blame them. Meanwhile others who can see CREO's potential and know that they wouldn't be able to easily buy £100k+ stakes in an illiquid share without driving the price up, have offered 35p via the seller's broker, and Bob's your uncle. The broker will probably take an off-market commission of £1000 say. The market cap is now over £100M, and it may be be that many instis are now able to take positions whereas the cap was too low for their rules previously. Let's hope we see some TR-1s in the next few days?

2. Straightforward top-end rollover trades. This would tie in with the timings a few seconds apart. The share amounts in rollovers don't have to be the same, traders can increase or decrease their holdings if the broker allows it. I understand also that while rollovers normally happen with a small spread shown (as with all rollovers I've done in the past), large rollovers don't have to be done this way, again the broker can sometimes just take a fixed separate fee and roll the shares at the same buy/sell price.

IMO in either case it's positive or at least neutral news...

I think it was a purchase that took up the sales going on hence no weakness in price yesterday.
Buying has stopped for time being hence today's weakness or it's scheduled to kick in a bit lower.

How could it be a sell at that price? If you have enough shares try a dummy sell of 250k and see what you are quoted.

Worked buys over last few trading sessions. Could not sell anywhere near that price in volume over last couple of days.

Best I can get to sell 100k shares is just under 33p this morning so there is no way market makers were paying 35p for 2 x 370k sells yesterday.Someone is super confident paying a premium for 740k shares.

Surely it is more likely that one was a buy and one was a sale , could have been a transfer between funds in the same management group for example
