27/11/2020 15:55 | Apologies cluttering the board, only just read the director options RNS from earlier this year. Won't be back. I'm out been a quick expensive mistake this.Good luck all. | ultimatewarrior
26/11/2020 13:35 | Thanks all for responsesCan't see much happening here with these results coming. This is very much a 3-5 year stock imho. Will add to what I bought yesterday over the next year, but much more exciting plays atm hence little interest here | ultimatewarrior
26/11/2020 10:18 | I have more aspirational figures than that. In the half year presentation the target was to close the year out with £55m+ of revenue with a net margin of 7%. On 73m diluted shares, that's diluted EPS of 5.3p.14x would take us to 74p+ and that's not accounting for the cash balance either. I feel this multiple isn't stretched for a company generating ROCE of 20%+. | gdjs100
25/11/2020 23:54 | Well, we need to make some assumptions. First, you're assuming I have a target :) Seriously though, they achieved 4.34 eps last year, so taking my expected 10% figure that gives us around 4.8p - currently they're on trailing p/e around 12 so taking that forward gives us a figure of 57.5ish, but at a P/E of 15 that's 70p or so. Realistically, I'm going to hold on at 57 but if they get near 70 I'll probably sell a 25-50% chunk looking to buy in again. I am expecting to be in this share for a couple of years yet. I regretted selling at 54p (I didn't have a proper plan) so I was glad to be able to buy back lower. I know of one person who thinks this is going to 10x from 50p, I'm not sure it will do that, but even if it does it'll take a few years growing at 10% (22?) - 7 years will double eps at that 10 rate :) What multiple they can achieve over the long term is something we'll have to wait and see but I suspect 12-15 will be the norm. Hope you're happy with my answer, interested to hear where you think I might be right or wrong :) I do note that EPS growth last year didn't achieve 10% so I might be too optimistic about future prospects. Oh, obviously my response takes no account of the compounding effect of the divis which could become significant if they keep managing to grow eps in double digits. | mauricemonkey
25/11/2020 22:36 | What's your price target | ultimatewarrior
25/11/2020 14:30 | Bought 20ks worth earlier - not showing Strange | ultimatewarrior
25/11/2020 12:08 | I agree. I'm looking for 70-75p on positive results. preliminary results on 2nd September stated: 'Trading to the 31 July 2020 is ahead of last year...' | mfhmfh
25/11/2020 11:34 | I think one of the problems is the lack of research. I tried to get my broker to pitch for the business, but to no avail. I think it would be worthwhile to mention this at the presentation and suggest that research is a priority even if it is paid for. It helps to have some numbers on the street. | sidam
25/11/2020 10:51 | Reckon this could pop 20-30% if results and outlook are decent. Oversold and left behind at 50p. Did touch 70p and hopeful trading is good and business growing. We will see soon enough. | its the oxman
20/11/2020 14:50 | still an annoying seller that needs to clear. | mfhmfh
19/11/2020 23:17 | "From memory of the Piworld Webinar the FD mentioned CRL would put interims out in either week 3 or 4 of NOV ( He was quite vague)" So not a real public company. | podgyted
18/11/2020 17:20 | From memory of the Piworld Webinar the FD mentioned CRL would put interims out in either week 3 or 4 of NOV ( He was quite vague) Not long to wait. | cravencottage
18/11/2020 13:32 | Maybe tomorrow? | chirpychips
18/11/2020 12:29 | Not announced yet, nor on piworld website. | sidam
18/11/2020 12:02 | Do we know when the Interims are out? last year was the 20/11 | carpingtris
17/11/2020 19:07 | MrWaterloo- confident that trading update expected this month will please. Then again, most recent update wasn't too well received despite stellar performance, as would seem market had unrealistic expectations. CRL clearly taking steps to scale up and expand. Very promising. | investor0109
10/11/2020 12:46 | need this seller to clear to allow share price to move into 60s. IMHO. | mfhmfh
09/11/2020 11:41 | I managed to nab a few more last week @~48p so pretty happy with that. | carpingtris
09/11/2020 11:12 | added more today. half year results should be in the 3rd or 4th week of November and hopefully should be positive. this from the preliminary results on 02.09.20: 'Trading to the 31 July 2020 is ahead of last year, which has enabled the Group to absorb the increased costs and risks associated with the pandemic.' | mfhmfh
29/9/2020 08:19 | Are Aldi still a key customer. They announced good growth and expansion plan for new stores this year and next on sky news | mrwaterloo
22/9/2020 09:34 | mfhmfh- but, of course you are- it's a bargain! | investor0109
22/9/2020 09:05 | I'm happy to add at this level/if it goes lower. | mfhmfh
22/9/2020 08:43 | mfhmfh- and today it looks to me that the market has lost its marbles. Is CRL now worth 20% less than it was last week? Of course not! Ruddy chickens have escaped their coop again. | investor0109
16/9/2020 11:59 | looks like Redmayne (Nominees) Limited have sold out. hopefully that's the overhang cleared and share price can now move up. | mfhmfh |
