Beggorah, it's an awful lot of money to renegotiate next month. It might concern some. Personally, I prefer EME. Smaller interest but a lot less debt that has already been negotiated and there is a lot of additional upside if Topaz gets drilled. Hopefully both EME and Coro shareholders do very well out of Duyung

Oh no, toolsmoker coming back is yet another troublesome sign & adds weight to my concerns.Always, & I mean always, coincides with the share price being dumped into.

Twice as many buys as sells yet 7% down so far today.The early 2 x 3m sells did the usual of taking the share price down yet 15m of buys only temporarily managed to lift the offer (just came back down on no trades) someone must have a lump of stock waiting in the mm's hands to be dumped.Why would anyone be doing that during a countdown to GSA.Either they don't think a GSA is going to happen, even by the end of q2 ( & who could blame them given the years of history here) or they are expecting some fund raising or issue with the upcoming debt. I would expect a holdings update from someone soon.

In a 12th September 2023 RNS the company announced that a 'Non-binding Gas Sales Agreement Heads,had been signed.'

So I can't see there being to long await for the 'full BINDING agreement to be finalised.' Now that ministerial approval has been received. Just crossing the 't's' and dotting the 'i's'...

but how are we going to pay the loan note holders, are they going to re -negotiate again? time is getting tight.. Why cant they just tell us the plan ?

Well unless there's insiders who are now priming the market by suggesting that the share price action is indicating a fundraise, the share price action here is no different to many that is gyrating up & down over the past months, UJO for one, I'll be suspicious if one now turns up after been mentioned by some on here!

It's beginning to smell of an upcoming fund raiser to me.Someone is constantly dumping chunks of stock & the share price gives the impression it knows more is coming. Before the lumpy & consistent sells started on Weds, when the bid was .22 you couldn't even get a price to sell, it was very odd. Then a load of consistent & chunky dumping started, which has taken the bid down 35%+ and it has been continuing since.The debt is due in next month, Tom Richardson's only known trait is debt deals (and never good ones at any of his previous companies) & the recent presentation intimating a Q1 GSA along with yesterdays unprompted & strangely timed RNS smack of trying to massage the share price up for some 'forward selling' into.Hope I'm wrong or that if we do get a raise it spurs the share price on like it did at EME but at the moment we are giving back all the gains very quickly & someone is dumping heavy on the cusp of a GSA. - doesn't quite add up to me.

It's intriguing to watch the trading activity currently. Seems as though someone is keen to 'off' a significant chunk whilst there is an appetite for buying. The share price seems skittish about the sells and keener to step back rather than move the bid up.Seems odd given the apparent gathering progress toward GSA.Could either be the impact of the NED with all his uncomfortable baggage or even spreadex trying to 'manage' the share price & thus their potential exposure?Going to be an interesting couple of months

Currently, the bonds are scheduled to mature in April 2024 when principal of EUR22.5m ($24.5m) will become repayable in full along with accrued and not paid interest of EUR6.8m ($7.4m).

The directors have a reasonable expectation that repayment or a debt restructuring can be achieved prior to maturity.

Need to sort this out at least they will be able to pay the interest.

Good to get an update.Sounds like the sub contractor accepts that Coro have a case and want to share the blame with a couple of other interested parties.This will take time but hopeful we will get a decent result here in the end.Theres a decent sum to play for in excess of the current market cap.Gla.
