Oh! How rude?

Parsons steps down from his Chairman role at Echo Energy today.

Two down, two to go.

He'll is losing remuneration at Echo Energy and Corcel.

How will he make it up?

And who will pay for it?

Be careful.

Barony dont forget the potential deal by month end re financing activities with Capton to accelerate the Green Energy plans. That depending on the terms could be huge and a game changer.

No liability, cash in hand; cash to come from Italy; plus a huge wad from our 15%; plus a steady flow of profits from our green machines! I’ld love to see some projected p/l once the dust settles.

I guess another positive is that those debts have been cleared and the costs of future abandonment are also off the books!

Somehow the c.€7.5mln has become much less after payment of outstanding debts meaning that upon final completion we get practically SFA!! Or am I reading something wrong!?

A nice clearing of the decks with the Italian sale.

All well reinstatement liability gone (several million)

€2m loan cleared.

€0.69m tax liability cleared.

Additional cash received €;0.81m (giving €3.3m so far)

c €1m- €2m working capital adjustment

€1.5m or 10% of profits over the next three years.

Balance sheet looks a lot cleaner .

Well the gas price is linked to brent crude, and there's lots of fluctuations with that currently..

"The Duyung farm down process is ongoing, and with the announcement of the Term Sheet for the gas sales, more parties have expressed interest in the Mako project"

i wouldn't be surprised if Conrad go back to square one in the negotiating process

Any calculated predictions on how high the share price can go once the GSA is signed and sealed?

Would we need to then wait for the FID for a further share rise?

How long after the finalised GSA do you think we would have to wait for the FID?

From reading the company updates, the FID shouldn't be much later than the GSA?

Been doing some calculations on the Mako Field and we are definitely talking big numbers here.. If the final figures are strong enough for Coro, then surely they will seriously consider a full exit and advance their renewables projects, after paying their loans and debts of course..

I can see all parties are aiming for the GSA finalisation by 31st Dec..
