The "facility" is a pointless fluff RNS to excite retail shareholders and get them buying shares in advance of the next placing.

Just read it FFS, the "facility" matures on 31 March next year! What use is a loan for a mere six months?

I also think the facility is definitely linked to their funding requirements. If they can raise with a mixture of equity and debt, they are a) minimising dilution and b) likely to be able to raise at a smaller discount to the on screen price. All seems like reasonably simple, sane corporate governance getting things in a row before the big raise soon.

It’s getting them over hurdles, they were never going to take the full amount required when interest rates are due to be dropped. They’ve simply taken enough funds to get over the horizon before more concrete measures are in place.

Sorry you missed me dear, I went travelling

So are you trying to say that CUSN will not touch it 😂😂

A credit facility isn't debt. A credit facility gives the holder the right to demand loan funds in the future, and the borrower is only indebted when they draw on the credit facility.

NoClue your name is coming into full force again...

It is not an investment from Vision Blue, it is an extremely expensive loan which ends on the 31st March 2025. At a scary 15% p.a.

CUSN will not be in production by the 31st March 2025. And therefore will only be able to pay the loan plus accrued interest by taking out more debt. Debt snowball potential is high here as I believe ALL of CUSN's timeframes are completely UNREALISTIC. And there will be a point where Creditors will stop, see CINEWORLD, H&W etc.

VBR are some of the industry experts, I’ll give value to their support more than I would to a guy that lies about having a short with mental issues. Have fun Mil. I’ve been saying for months that VBR would step in, hurts to be right again

Why haven’t they updated the de watering timescale ?
It’s a pretty well known metric now, so they should just update it .
What are they scared of ?

No shaft update still. Coming up to winter again and the April 2025 dewatering completion date completely unrealistic.

That 28p short would have been the position you settled before the last climb though? You said you got back in… there was no short was there? You just bought high, sold low and are bitter

RNS stating that there are more fat fingers in the director's pies but no RNS for dewatering update, shaft refurbishment, 7b etc.
Remeber that dewatering was scheduled to be completed by April 2025. Not looking good seeming that they are only at the 280 metre mark and not dewatered any adits yet which will hold vast amounts of mine juice, sludge etc.
